    I had to look up how to change the power level setting, but otherwise it's relatively intuitive to use. It's roomy enough to hold a full-sized dinner plate. Nice, clean exterior look.

    Originally had to get used to the controls being on the inside of the microwave. But the panel being smooth makes it easier for cleaning. Very good microwave.

    I have had this microwave for about a week now and it's pretty awesome. It's a little loud like others have said but I really don't mind it that much. It heats extremely well and has a great aesthetic look to it.

    I have a very small kitchen and most of the microwaves that I have had over the last 20 years lack sufficient power to meet recommended heating instructions on frozen products. This unit heats everything in recommended times and is quite roomy on the inside. Loving it.

    When it is used for a very long time consistently starts making a shaky noise. The good thing about it is that it warms up the things very fast.

    I really like the look of this Microwave and it functions well. The only odd thing is the dial. It's cool to use, but it reduces the ability to have a precise time. For example, on my old Microwave I would use 2:07 for popcorn, this you can only go by 5 seconds, then the higher you get, the less precise it gets. For example, you can only set 5:30 or 6:00, nothing in between. Seems odd, but it works well for the most part.

    Love the features of this microwave, from the pull handle to the dial. The codes to operate the special feature buttons are inside the door and easy to read. It was easy to figure out after reading the instructions.

    Like the size but couple of problems. First, the power was not like said on Best Buy website. It was 1,000 watts, not 1,200 (corrected now). Second, you cannot see inside the microwave while cooking because the bulb is weak or the screen shaded too much. Either way, you cannot tell what is going on. Other than that, OK. I returned mine for these two reasons and bought a GE
