    Great product, i had issues with it not heating after 6 months, called for warranty and it was fixed. You must buy extended warranties with appliances, if it failed new it might fail again soon.

    Excellent product. Bought it as an open box and it was missing the screw to mount it. Could not get the screws from Best Buy. They told me to get them from Samsung. Samsung couldn’t tell me what screws I needed. Numerous calls to Best Buy and to Samsung. Very frustrating. I finally found a website that helped me and I got the screws from them
