Easy installation. Works well. The slim profile helps with the limited room above my stove. Overall works well and I have had no problems. However, beware of buying open box at Best Buy. I bought an open box one they assured me was 100% complete, only to get it home and have it be missing just about everything! Had to return and bought this new elsewhere. So while 5 stars for the microwave, zero stars for Best Buy's open box assurances!

I'm pleased with my Samsung over-the-range microwave, but there's one aspect I'd like to change—the placement of the function keys. Currently, they are located on the door, and when I open it, the touch buttons are overly sensitive. This results in unintentional key presses and the microwave starting. The fan, lights, and stop key are positioned at the bottom, and they often activate as I reach for the door to open it and place my item inside. I would prefer the function key panel to be on the side, and it would be great if the door opened from the bottom. A slight modification in design could address this issue. Additionally, while the lights with three functions are functional, they appear somewhat dim compared to the ventilation system I had previously. On the positive side, the fan hood has strong suction and works efficiently.

Fit perfectly, very nice looking. The fan vent should be on the bottom instead the top so steam doesn’t hit the bottom when your cooking on the stove. Also I always accidentally hit the fan button because of where its positioned. Overall very happy with my purchase.

A nice looking microwave that works well. The fan is powerful but loud.

Gave us room above stove, which we needed. Fan is strong. 1100 watts heats fast, has button to turn off turntable. We aren't cooking turkeys in it, so is what we needed. Basic functions and programming, not fancy, but does all we wanted. Very happy!

I really like the size….its all we need, the only issue I have is the door is so long, it takes getting used to….why not put the controls in the rights side where they are but leave it stationary!

We love our slim style microwave. Haven’t really used the Wi-Fi option yet. It’s nice to have more room above my stove and a nice bright (working) light. It’s not overly loud either…good purchase!

overall good product and no issues so fares till too early to say as we did not used for enough time. Good design and overall good functions.

I like everything except the interior is dark blue so you cannot tell if it has food on it, it should have been white.

Had to replace our older above range microwave. This was the perfect fit because of how slim it is. Gives you a lot of cooking room underneath.

Love this microwave! Very sleek looking and just a perfect size! Fits everything but it is a space saver!! Would definitely recommend!

Very nice microwave but it does stick out more than a regular size microwave. A regular microwave has the motor on top, where this one is in the back so it is deeper. In other words it covers more of your stove top, but on the plus side it is very nice, blue interior, wireless, heats items very well

This has great features and fits perfectly. The reason for the 4 is the display and fingerprints. Every press results in a mark.

Most everything is great, Best Buy was great. The microwave oven looks great, but after installing it the door won't open. the wall is too close. nobody's fault but mine. I didn,t try to open it before installing. Not Best Buy's fault, I may have remove a wall. But we can't use it, it looks good above our stove
