    Not a Best Buy

    I am very disappointed in the purchase of a low profile microwave from Best Buy. The microwave was a pick up at the Best Buy store. When we attempted to install it was clear the box had been previously opened. There were no instructions or template to install, but worst of all the was the gist sized dent in the microwave. I had to rebox everything and bring it back- a huge waste of time and energy and then repurchase at Lowes. I won’t be buying appliances at Best Buy again.

    Brought this about 6 months ago had the door replace about 2 months ago and now same problem has same time display and stuck on that time it won't let me install any other function.Do NOT buy this !!! Daniel Knowles..

    The options on the keypad makes you assume the microwave has sensor capability. Why else would it have an auto button. Also, the Best Buy spec sheet is incorrect - it mentions having sensor capability, which is incorrect.

    Expensive junk

    Worked great until just past the one year warranty it started to smoke and smell like an electric fire. I would pass on anything Samsung when it comes to appliances.
