Not a Best Buy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am very disappointed in the purchase of a low profile microwave from Best Buy. The microwave was a pick up at the Best Buy store. When we attempted to install it was clear the box had been previously opened. There were no instructions or template to install, but worst of all the was the gist sized dent in the microwave. I had to rebox everything and bring it back- a huge waste of time and energy and then repurchase at Lowes. I won’t be buying appliances at Best Buy again.

Do NOT BUY!!!

If the microwave has power but will not respond to any commands or only certain buttons work, clean the control panel and try a power cycle. If the panel still doesn't respond, service is required.

Not as advertised

Why else would it have an auto button. Also, the Best Buy spec sheet is incorrect - it mentions having sensor capability, which is incorrect.

Expensive junk
