Very nice looking microwave oven and good size for food warming

While unpacking and setting up, we noticed a dent in the top edge of the case. The box and packing styrofoam were not damaged so it had to have been packed at the factory with the dent. Poor quality control. Rather than bother with packing it back up and being without a microwave, we accepted a damaged goods discount from Best Buy. So far it is functioning okay.

Our old microwave finally gave up and we were looking forward to this new one's arrival. Free shipping was offered, so I took it. The product arrived via USPS and had a big dent in the corner. The Post Office said I could fill out forms, but I decided to call Best Buy. I waited for an hour and a half to talk to a person. He emailed a UPS label to me. I drove it 25 miles to our nearest office. It's been almost a month now. The return was completed, but no refund yet.

Great microwave, might be the first one ever to get the melt function right!

Good microwave but they have serious quality control problem. Not sure it happened on delivery or in the factory but they sent a microwave with chipped paint.

This Microwave functions well, and is intuitive to use as a replacement for our beloved 1992 vintage Sharp Carrousel. Unfortunately, after just 10 days of use the plastic overlaying the keypad is cracking over the "1", "0" and "Start" buttons. Mom and I are both +70 and use only our somewhat wrinkled thumbs to perate the unit. No tools or cutlery. Sadly, next week we will have to begin the return and replace process all over again

Worse microwave purchase i’ve done. It is throwing error codes and the numbers and start button won’t work.

Very disappointed with this microwave, not all screws were placed on it, the touch panel was broken away from the face of microwave. Extremely poor quality control prior to this being package and shipped!!! Stainless steel face with plastic on the sides not worth its price point, not in the least!

Pros: I like the all mostly black glass front with the stainless steel accents and gray sides. Very modern looking. Has a lot of space, almost as much as an over the stove microwave. Easy to keep clean dark interior. Large glass plate. Sensor cook worked good to heat water for hot chocolate. Overall works very well and looks good. Cons: Build quality could be slightly better, the top of the door is slightly uneven and higher towards the controls. It is fairly quiet but it kicks up and down like it's changing power levels and makes weird spaceship noises that made me think it was gonna explode until I got used to it. The combo of very dark tinted glass on the door, a dim light, and a dark colored interior makes it impossible to see inside. The 30 second button only adds the time but you still need to click start. Conclusion: Works better than my previous microwaves, looks nice, and has a lot of space but also has a few quirks to get used to.

Bought this Microwave to replace our older smaller unit that was beginning to fail. We got this one as an open box with an added discount, and if we bought this full price, we may have brought it back and exchanged it. It's super quiet and my wife loves the fact the timer isn't automatic. You type the time you want and hit start, no auto start for the amount of minutes correlating with the number you push first. It's also very easy to clean. BUT You can't see anything inside, even with the light on. The front window is tinted WAY too dark. Another issue is the door open button. I am pretty particular on feeling of buttons and knobs, and the door open button feels very cheap and flimsy. It often sticks when pushing it in or letting it out. May not bug some people, but bothers me every time I use it. If paying full price, I would look at other units.

This was purchased to replace an older Samsung microwave. The size is large enough for everyday use for a family with three young kids. It is used for warming, reheating and popping popcorn. It does all of these well. There was mention in reviews of the noise it makes when in use but I don't find it to be bothersome. I don't use the microwave for more than a few minutes at a time so it's not a big deal. It does hum when in use. Buttons are easy to use and I love the +30 buttton. Easy to get to 1 minute by pressing it twice then start.

Pros: 1. I like the way it looks. The black looks great in my kitchen. 2. It works great. Cons: 1. There is no light on the inside when using. Not a deal breaker, but I wished it did have a light. Would like to see my food as it is cooking.

Love love this microwave. I love the 1-6 speed buttons. I just press the 3 and it’s heats up whatever I need in 3 minutes…so convenient!!Very easy to keep clean. Modern looking. Very affordable.Will definitely purchase again.

It's aesthetics are nice. The black stainless really looks fantastic, and it would fit well with either black or stainless appliances. Another great thing is the size. It has a good capacity without sacrificing too much counter space. Power seems good, and it heats quickly. If there was one thing odd about it, the light is very dull and does not give off enough to see the food through the mirror-like door, but it's not enough of an issue to dock it a star.

It's a 4.5 out of 5 stars. Not too big and not too small...it's just the right size for our kitchen. Easy to use and looks good with other appliances. It has nice shortcuts but needs a one press button for 30 secs increments.
