I was remodeling my kitchen and wanted and over range microwave this one had all of the features I wanted with the lowest cost. But it worked so well and looked so nice I ended up buying matching oven, fridge and dishwasher.

This is a great microwave. Like the features. Works great. The buttons are a little hard to push, but I replaced a 25 year old kenmore, so maybe the new ones are all like that. I got a samsung range to match.

After 2 Frigidaire microwave failures, we selected a Samsung even though it was not the same manufacturer as our frig and stove. Have had it for only a short time. Are very satisfied with the power, stovetop lights, ease of use, and looks. Also, the warranty for the magnetron is 10 years vs the Frigidaires which is only 1 year and apparently a faulty part of their product since that is what failed in both, our last one after only 1 year and 1 week. (Sorry! the warranty was for one year, we were out of luck!) So far so good with the Samsung. No complaints for a very reasonably priced product.

We've had the microwave for about two months. The installation went smoothly. The microwave looks nice. We love the eco-mode where we can turn off the display. The inside light bulb went out within the first month. Samsung was zero help about replacing the bulb so that frustrated me. However, we bought a bulb, and it was an easy fix. My only other thought was the microwave is a bit noisy - the plate sounds like the rotation is off causing some clunking noises. At first I thought the plate was on wrong or the turn wheel was messed up, but then I just got used to it. One major selling point was that the door opened more smoothly than other brands.

For the most part, it was easy to install; needed 2 people when setting it in place against the wall. It looks great and replaced my original Whirlpool nicely. The pricing on this unit was great. Very satisfied with purchase.

This microwave is perfect. Great size, great price and works well. It was very easy to install over stove and really updated the look of the kitchen. Very happy with this purchase, in fact we bought another one!

This is a great microwave for the price. No problem installing it myself. The only problem is how hard the keypads are.

I checked a lot of reviews before deciding to buy this microwave, so I knew I could rely on it in terms of performance. It has lived up to the very positive ratings. One big concern, though, was whether or not it would fit in the space between my cabinets, because the one I was replacing was smaller (in length and depth). This was the smallest over-the-range style available anywhere, so I had to risk it, and the salespeople at Best Buy were very helpful assessing possible issues. It's a great appliance and a perfect fit (and really updates my kitchen's appearance). I'm very happy with it.

When I needed to replace my vintage 1988 microwave, I turned to Best Buy. I found a microwave that met my requirements and arranged for delivery and installation. It was so easy, and the Best Buy staff member who assisted me was so helpful. When my installation appointment time came, the service technician was terrific. Prompt, professional and personable, he had the unit installed quickly and effectively, with a minimum of inconvenience. The microwave is so much nicer than my old one, very easy to use, and way more powerful. I love it!

For the price, this is a very nice microwave. Does not have a ton of features, but as we use it mostly for reheating we don't require all the unneeded extra bells and whistles. The one thing we don't like though is that you cannot use the timer at the same time as you are running the microwave. I replaced a 10 year old GE microwave and was able to use the same bracket and mounting holes saving quite a bit of time. The only hole that needed drilled/relocated was for the power cord. HOWEVER...I had ordered the microwave shipped to store, as our local Best Buy was out of stock. It arrived quickly and was installed easily, but after running, we found that it made a really loud humming for the first couple seconds then quieted down to normal level. (like the magnetron was loose or maybe ungrounded). I'm guessing that since it was shipped to the store by UPS it was rough handled or dropped. Called Samsung who wanted nothing to do with the issue at all and told me to call Geek Squad. Called Best Buy and was told it would be better to return it since it was under their 15 day policy, so I uninstalled it, brought it back and traveled to a store further away to get one that was in stock. Wasted a bunch of additional time. This one works fine. Bottom line, we are happy with the microwave, just not with Samsung support as I had to install it twice. I would recommend this unit, just plug it in and test it BEFORE installing.

Originally our local Best Buy was out of stock so we went to another Best Buy. The box was in bad shape and obviously opened. The salesman swore that it was not a return, so we took it home to find the microwave had a dent in the side and that it was missing a few small installation items. Went back to our local Best Buy where the manager was very nice and took the microwave back and ordered a new one for us. Took almost a week, but it has been installed and is working great for the past few months. The Samsung is much more powerful than our old microwave and is also a fair bit quieter, the magnetron doesn't hum as loud. The only bad thing is the vents point straight up as they are hidden by the stainless steel front fascia, so cooking steam and smoke from the stove gets blown towards the cabinet doors immediately above. Since all the microwaves we looked at do the same thing I may have to rig up a small deflector to direct the exhaust away. So far we've had no problems with the microwave itself. So while the first salesman caused me a wasted trip to buy a open box microwave for a new in box price and another wasted trip to return it, the manager at our local (Utica,MI) was very apologetic and made sure that we were satisfied.

My old GE microwave had a broken vent and I found it cost more to replace the plastic vent than to buy a new oven. The Samsung product was well designed with a hefty feel and elegant styling. I liked the button to add an extra 30 minutes to the cooking time. I later found out you cannot use the timer the same time as using the microwave, which is a definite design flaw. Good for the money and should last a few years.

Easy to operate and quite powerful. Only downside is the exhaust fans are kinda loud. Otherwise definitely would recommend to buy.

This is my second microwave from Samsung. Nearly identical to first. Was a direct drop in. Easy installation. Very good product.

This is the entry level over the counter microwave from Samsung. We looked at and considered each microwave in the Samsung line and settled on this one due to size considerations. Overall we have been happy with this microwave so far. It is a very nice looking basic microwave, with no special bells and whistles, but in all honesty, all I want my microwave to do is heat food.

Simple to use, buttons are pretty self explanatory. Easily installed. I usually put Samsung microwaves in all my rental properties.

We bought this to replace an old over the range microwave. The microwave itself is powerful and easy to use. And it looks nice and matches our other Samsung appliances. The fan works well but is still pretty loud on its lowest setting. I think the more pricey models have more than 2 fan speed settings so I suppose we got what we paid for. Still like it.

Just remodeled the kitchen and updated the appliances. The brushed stainless steel look is fantastic. decided to replace the vent with an over-the-range microwave, and I am glad I did. I don't use my microwave for anything special, besides warming up a cup a coffee, or heating a meal on the go, when in a hurry. Great companion piece with a brushed stainless steel convention range.
