We love this microwave! The only thing is it shows fingerprints very easily, so needs to be wiped down often if you don’t like those showing. Works great and installed it ourselves easily. Would recommend!

The over the range Samsung microwave is great for the money. I purchased as open box. The ring to support the turntable glass was missing. I finally was able to obtain one. Now with all the parts, loving the microwave.

Works well for our use, which is re-heating meals, or defrosting. We also use the soften/melt feature quite often. This is our 2nd samsung microwave. The first one lasted about 10 years. Picked this one out because it is basically the same and could slip in to the existing area so installation was easy.

Very pleased with the performance of this microwave. Easy to set the time and hit the button to start.I didn't want a complicated control panel and this one is straightforward. I replaced the bottom light bulb with a brighter, LED bulb. The paper sheet used to layout the mounting took a lot of scissor action to get it ready to use and it was pretty flimsy so it ripped in several places when I taped it to the wall/cabinet. The rotating plate is quite a bit smaller than the one in our old one which may be a problem with some larger dishes.

I like this microwave a lot. It looks great and cooks great. I was even able to install it myself in under 2 hours. Two things that keep me from giving this 5 stars: One - The keypad seems a bit out of order as I'm always searching for the "Start" button. It just doesn't stand out and that's the button you use most. Two - the door, like just about every microwave out there, is so clunky/loud when you shut it. Can someone design a microwave with a door that feels more substantial and opens/closes more smoothly?!

Great price for an under counter microwave. Looks very nice!

So far it's working well but it's still new so a real reciew can't really be formed at this time.
