I love the looks of this microwave. It has many features and is very quiet. It is very user friendly.

Easy to install and looks great. Easy to use, fits in perfect with our existing appliances.

This was an emergency purchase as our old microwave died on us and we needed a replacement quickly. It looks nice and it seems to work just fine. Installation was easy amd took less than 15 minutes. The only thing is that it lacks features our 17 year old microwave had. There is no quick cook option where all you have to do is press one number and it cooks for that number's duration in minutes automatically. Also, you have to manually stop the alarm when the timer goes off. Our old one would stop when the door was opened. In addition, the fan goes off automatically when you cook on the stovetop underneath it and you can't turn it off until the temperature below it goes down, so that's annoying. We may replace it with a better model down the road, but for now it does it's job with no major issues.

This is a good looking microwave that is easy to use. The only issue I had was that it rattled just a bit after installation. The wall bracket was installed properly and fit snugly against the wall but the unit itself moved a tiny bit, causing it to rattle. Solution was easy enough: I just forced something in between the unit and the bracket.

I was in need of an affordable over the range microwave. I checked multiple vendors, Best Buy had the most affordable one that offered all the conveniences and the good looks I was searching for. I've already used it for over 3 months and it is just like new, no complaints.

Our new over the range microwave is great! We had an older Samsung microwave that worked just fine. That’s why we chose this one for over the range. Great price! Great product! At first I didn’t like it because I thought it looked too low. But now that I’m used to it, it looks beautiful. Frees up so much space in our kitchen. Love it! Cannot wait to finish our kitchen with a new stove and refrigerator.

Nice design overall, except for the handle. Very light piece of plastic, which doesn't go with rest of the unit. Doesn't hurt performance or use, just seems odd. Other than that, very easy to use and cooks great. Install didn't seem too complicated, but I had Best Buy install just to be safe. Very nice people, had it up in no time.

Bought both Samsung stove and this over-range microwave. Read the instructions!! As you will have to adjust the exhaust fan to your specific needs. It will exhaust out of either side, straight above, or in my case out the front. Love the microwave, simple and easy to use. Agree with others the buttons you have to push harder than other microwaves, but this is not an issue for me. Great price

This replacement for my previous Samsung was perfect. It was delivered on time, installed with ease as the needed openings in the cabinet were already there, and now I can eat popcorn again. It is a good buy.

This is an attractive microwave. It works well. I had this model in my old house and liked it enough to buy another one for my new house. The only difference seems to be the handle on the door. It seems more like plastic than the old one. It’s fine though. It doesn’t detract from its performance or appearance.
