I decided to buy this microwave because my old Samsung decided to stop working after 5 years. I went with this particular model because It was the only Samsung model available right away (all the others were on back order). I went with Samsung because my stove and other appliances are that brand. Samsung never disappoints so it was a no brainer. This microwave is nice. It’s durable, easy to use and easy to clean. I don’t regret getting this one. It was worth every penny.

Bought item as open box and it turn up to be a very good deal as the item has minimum back damage not visible at all and it function perfectly

The performance of this product is great! The food is always evenly heated up the first time it’s prepared. Perfect purchase!

I purchased this microwave in a half assed way. I had wanted compact slim one as we do not have a lot of room between range & bottom of microwave. It’s the right distance as required but I had an LG that did not last very long & thought maybe too much heat. Anyway, it was kind of , ok, I will take that one. Surprise, I like everything about it. Like the smaller plate inside, the placement of controls. Nothing not to like! Would recommend this to anyone

Was on the lower end price wise, but has everything the more expensive ones do. Looks very sleek and works great.

The only reason I only give it 4 stars was because it was very challenging for us to mount, but that was probably our fault. Our old microwave mounted directly the wall, but this one needs something above it and I would have known that if I'd read the reviews, but it wasn't obvious to me from the description. Works well and is nice and sleek. So far, seems easy to clean, but does streak if you don't use stainless cleaner.

This new microwave is wonderful. Fits great above the oven and looks good. I've used it several weeks now, and it works wonderfully.

Replaced older Samsung model with this and was able to use original mounting bracket. Made for an easy install. The microwave works well for what we use it for.

This microwave works great. It looks great too above the Samsung stove...nice, crisp stainless.

Nice microwave that is easy to use with the instant +30sec button to start. I really like that the sound to close the door is not so loud. Also the chirp alert to let you know that food is done is not annoying. The side of the microwave was easily dented not sure if it was during unpackaging or installation but its on the side that is visible so be cautious.

We have had great luck with Samsung products. This microwave is super easy to use and works great. I think it's well designed and an excellent product for the price.

I was afraid that the over the range microwave would not fit but it did. Nice power and cooks well. Nice look in the kitchen.
