    I've only had the microwave for a few months and the samsung logo fell off just by cleaning it..samsung says since its cosmetic they won't cover it under warranty so I would have to purchase a me logo. Not to happy with the way they handled it.

      Thank you for providing your feedback regarding our Samsung microwave buttons are a bit unpleasant to press. We apologize for the inconvenience that this brought you. Usually, if the buttons cannot be pressed properly, foreign matter may be caught between the buttons, moisture is on the exterior, or Child lock is activated. On this matter, we may remove the foreign matter and try again. Wipe the moisture from the exterior. Deactivate Child lock.

    Only lasted 1 year and 8 months. Purchased this microwave in June 2019 and it stopped heating food in February 2021. Contacted Samsung and was told it is out of warranty and I would be charged $120 just to send a repairman to my home in addition to $95 for labor plus any parts needed in repair and taxes. Also contacted a local microwave repair shop and was told the magnetron most likely needs to be replaced and the quoted cost was more than I paid for the microwave. Needles to say it isn’t worth the cost to repair. Wish I purchased the Best Buy geek squad protection do NOT purchase any Samsung appliance without it.
