I do not like buying "bells and whistles" that do not have function but just looks nice. Best Buy had the unit "right priced." so we bought it. Four stars because the mounting of this unit has to be done by two people and the cabinetry had to be altered to hang the unit safely

I mean, I had to have them come and take away the first one after a couple days as it died. The replacement process was fast and smooth. The replacement unit has worked with no problems.
