    The microwave is very light and made very cheap in my opinion. I never had a microwave that Im afraid to use because of how fragile it feels.

    This is a 1500 watt unit and cooks quicker than my last 1000 watt unit. Interior light is a little dim for my taste. Most would probably not complain. Since the last unit was a different make, I had to modify an opening (for power cord). I would recommend this product.

    Replacing my old microwave that was already over the range. It was broken so I needed to replace it. Currently was using on the counter microwave and wanted to get rid of that clutter. Like the new look.

    The range is detected, making 2much noise. I was in hospital for 8 days & still not totally cured. I really want to the range to be replaced.

    I am pleased with my Samsung microwave. The only negative thing I can say about this appliance is that it is hard to push the buttons to start the microwave.

    Well I should have known when the guy brought it to my car after he loads it. He tells me the boxes is damaged on one side and to be careful. If it's damaged when I open it to bring it back they will do something...I was like ok it should be fine. NOPE!! The entire bottom was smashed like it had been dropped or something fell on it. Back I go to get another one that hopefully is working!!

    The microwave would not even function. would turn on while not being used, so i returned it for another one. Some are defective i get it. Well, after install of the new one, after about a month, it's started to do the same thing. We've put up with it off and on for a couple months now, and has nearly become unusable now. Of course, now it's beyond the return window. Horrible microwave. It looks nice though..... lol

    After receiving the first unit which was damaged. Best Buy immediately help me get a replacement which arrived in less then a week. The second unit was in excellent condition and works great.

    Very loud. I had a similar microwave that I replaced and this one is much louder. I would not recommend this microwave. Buy the next model up.

    Too many problems with this product

    The first microwave we received was in very bad shape. The box was severely damaged and it was dented on several sides. I returned it and order a new one. After it was installed it would not work. Finally after buying in ad returning it twice, the third one worked. I had to pay the installer for three visits and all Best Buy said was we are sorry.

    6 months later, returning and buying a Whirlpool

    The buttons are very hard to press. The stove top light burnt out in the first month and the screws that hold it in were stripped already, or just didn't work. The usual fast cook (hit 1 for 1 minute, 2 for two minutes etc.) are non existent here. I replaced a 2003 microwave that had these features, and a bulb that was easy to replace. Upside is that it heats up my food.

    Microwave works great except it is really hard to press the touch screen. Plus many times after using and close the door, it turns on. You have to keep opening and closing the door.

    I don't know if we got a lemon of a unit but I would never recommend this microwave to anyone. For starters the door is not properly aligned, it was such a minor inconvenience until the 2nd time we used it and the microwave just starts by itself as some kind of safety feature. 75% of the time we close the door it does this. Apparently there is some problem with the door not shutting properly and is pretty common in Samsung microwaves. Another grievance I have is maybe 50% of the time we use the microwave it makes the loudest screeching noise like there was no lubricant in the moving parts or something is rubbing together that shouldn't be. It's extremely annoying and it's so loud it has woken our baby on many occasions, so much we just won't use a microwave while she is sleeping anymore.

    Second brand new microwave of its kind was installed within two weeks. Both had a defect where if the door wasn't closed all the way, the microwave would turn on by itself and stay on. Third brand new one comes in a month and we will have to see how it works...

    This microwave seems great so far. Plenty of power. The only thing a little different about it is that the glass turntable is recessed and smaller than some others.

    Purchased from Best Buy August 2020 the handle has broken the microwave is cheaply made I don’t recommend. If you order I suggest buying the extended warranty. I will post photos of the damaged microwave. Best Buy customer service is terrible and so is Samsung I recommend other brands. Total waste of money
