It now begins running, on its own, without any buttons being pushed. The door appears broken...along with the door handle breaking off ...I would not suggest this microwave.

When you cook something on the stovetop, moister, condensation gets all over microwave and damage it. Had a repair guy come out. He said all the microwave like that does suck up strong. Had to exchange it for a better Samsung. I know I will still have the same problem.

However, after performing a simple cleaning the microwave now heats everything to an unsafe level. The plates get so hot they crack and have caused burns on the fingers . The underlight stopped working and now the lights on the clock interface are burning out. Very disappointed in this product.
