Microwave over was received in excellent condition. The employees who would use are very happy with it. For me, personally, I never realized how big it was in person. But taken as a whole, it was a great purchase at a nice price

Clean lines, lots of functions and it works well. The first unit arrived damaged and I had to drive it back to the store to replace the model. Not a big deal, just a pain that so many appliances arrive damaged. The fan works. The clock works, and it heats food quickly. It is a microwave!

Great product to purchase while on sale. I write my reviews late to make sure the product is working well. It has been months and I use it everyday numerous time. Never had a problem. Also, I used my sale saving to get the geek squad. Worry free as always.

So far so good. It looks great and is very easy to use. My only issue is that it does ding up easily, so BE CAREFUL INSTALLING. The steel is very soft/thin.

I bought this to match my refrigerator, and eventually I will buy other matching appliances. I do not use the microwave very often, so I didn't need one with all kinds of bells & whistles. This works fine, and looks good. I really don't think I could have beat it for the price.

I bought this microwave to match my other Samsung appliances. I like the look of it and I would say it works good for the price. I originally had a much larger model with a lot more bells and whistles but it broke and this was the replacement. Overall I am happy with this microwave.

Packaged well for protection. Easy to install. Great quality for the price. Loved the stainless steel name brand! Only thing that would have been better was if it was In stock when I went to buy it!

Microwave itself seems to be good and easy to use with a pretty good price for an over the range microwave. The recirculation mode blows the air up instead of out and the screws to access the filter are farther back than the vents so it will need to stick out about an inch or two from the front of your cabinets to use recirculation. Unfortunately, I haven't gotten a chance to try how much suction it gets because it wasn't until I installed it that I figured out that there was a plate missing (along with several other parts, it was purchased excellent condition open box so it should have had all the parts) that covers the hole used to rotate the fan so despite blowing out the top strongly there was no suction. I remedied this with foil tape and then using a lighter to check, there did seem to be suction but now I need to figure out a new way to mount it since one of the mounting brackets broke since I had to use my own bolts to replace the missing bolts. (Also, the wrong template was packed with the microwave so now I have random holes in the bottom of my cabinet). Overall, the only complaint about the microwave itself that I have is the vent location and the location of the screws to change the filter.

This was a great purchase for me,the only bad thing that I can say about this microwave is that, sometimes I have to press the numbers harder the second time to get it started. But it does heat up the food fast&evenly

We don't use the microwave for anything elaborate - reheating, thawing, popcorn, etc. This is a "basic" model but it really does a great job for what we use it for. Installation was a snap - the instructions were clear and this unit was made for a do-it-yourselfer.

We don't use a microwave everyday, maybe not even every week, but needed one anyway. The looks of this unit make the kitchen flow, and it looks much smaller than our previous unit, even tho it isn't. Extra bonus at a very affordable price!

Additional household appliance that does the required work for cooking, defrosting or reheating the food. It works fine. Color matches and contrasts colors in the kitchen. Installation was easy with the aid of another person and product installation instructions.

Spacious microwave and functional range. I don't cook that often, so the range does the job in picking up the fumes of my cooking when I do simplistic to moderately complicated dishes. Its not too loud in my opinion. I am happy with this purchase.

We picked up this over the range microwave based on price and then features. Once we got it installed and started using it, we noticed the door has already sagged a little. The microwave also makes a strange rattling sound when it runs. We also went to the extra effort to vent out the back to the outside only to find out the vent doesn't seat tight to the wall once mounted, meaning air escapes into the house and probably between the inside and outside wall. All these things combined add up to another disappointment with Samsung appliances. Does anyone make decent appliances these days? I guess you get what you pay for.

The microwave for some reason is anywhere from 50 to 100 dollars cheaper then most of the other microwaves for sale. This microwave is great! Samsung is always top of the line. And a great price!

this is a very modern looking micro ,goes well with other SS appliances! very easy to operate ...never even looked at operating instructions .Very fortunate it fit my previous micro spec and I could vent it vertically with ease.Took about 15 minutes to install

New microwave is perfectly sized. Much bigger than our old one. Strong blower for stove exhaust. Opt in for the installation. Struggled a bit with the cabinets could have been taken care of by someone else.

Suits our needs for a microwave... we use it mostly to heat and defrost .. there are less features than more expensive ones but easy to use

I purchased this microwave to pair with my Samsung oven. It looks great, but has some design issues. The buttons are not easy to use. They require a hard push to operate. The vent fan setting for low is not much different than the setting for high, both are very loud. Finally, it doesn't heat up food consistently. Often, the bowl is so hot you can't touch it, but the food inside is barely warm.

Microwave is easy to install over the gas stove. Has a guide for screw etc. Exterior is low mainte, oil does not stick or stain.
