I had delivery and installation After the installers left I noticed a large dent in the right lower back near the wall and cabinet I do not know if the microwave was dented during delivery , installation or at the store but I am disappointed I have been satisfied with Best Buy purchases and installations before now It looks bad but still works great

Never going to buy Samsung again. 3 days after the warranty was up the handle broke on our microwave. I've replaced a few microwaves in my life, but this is a first.

Don’t buy this the handle came off .Samsung is not responding .

We purchased this microwave in September 2021. In July 2022, the handle broke and neither Best Buy nor Samsung will cover it. Also purchased a Samsung refrigerator several years ago from Best Buy and have had nothing but problems with that (even with a Best Buy “warrantee“). Do yourself a favor and stay away from Samsung products.

Stopped working 14 months after delivery and install. samsung will not cover it. my fridge purchased the same time has ice maker issues. Do NOT buy Samsung.

This thing heats up food a lot faster than my old unit and looks great. Had a little issue during install when one of the leveling nuts inside the microwave broke but i was sent a replacement right away and my second attempt went smoother. And other than the busted nut, the install was pretty easy and i was able to do it without a helper.

I read several reviews which did list the pros and cons. The buttons are hard to press. I do miss the shortcut of pressing just the 1 for 1 minute, 2...... It does have a 30 second button that you can press twice for 1 minute instead of 1-0-0. Could use the Popcorn or veggie buttons I guess. Do like the soften mode. Buttons are different such as the vent one button turns off and on and another button adjusts the speed. Very noisy but most are. Is a eco mode that turns the clock off if you don't like the light with the time. Size is fine and normal. Typical microwave. Bought it because the price was the best I could find on sale. I'm not a stainless steel fan however since want to sell the house soon figured it would look better for others. Stainless steel does show fingerprints easily.

I love my microwave! It is very big and spacious! The only problem I have is the door handle fell off!

I love my stainless steel appliances but over all this microwave! Great quality inside and out, fast heating and defrost settings, high wattage for all cooking needs! All the buttons you need and none that you don’t, not too bulky or tough looking, easy install right where the previous one was.

Great microwave for the price. My old microwave went out about the same time as my range so I found a great deal on this and a matching range. Overall it works good, has some nice features and no issues with installation. For the price it was pretty much the best microwave available as well.

My may tag stopped heating after 10 yrs. I bought this replacement. The installation was easy with help of another person for lifting it above my stove. No brackets had to be replaced. It was aperfect fit. Looks great and easy to use. The buttons are not as easy to press as my old one which is the only complaint I have.

Very inexpensive as over-the-range unit go. Has all of the standard microwave features. Functions flawlessly. Easy to install, but not for the amateur.

First of all, make sure you order appliances from the store. This way they will come via the BB truck and not UPS. My first unit was destroyed by ups. The 2nd one was from the nearby BB warehouse. It installs easily on the wall, as long as you use the provided templates. The microwave works great and has already performed perfectly with all types of heating. Longer jobs will tend to produce a slight wearing in smell, but it goes away after a few heatings. The control panel is easy to work and the venting work perfectly. Great purchase!
