Great microwave. Users constantly and never had an issue. Easy to install. Installed ourself. Easy to clean, everything wipes right off.

Love it. Reliable. Nice and compact. Easy installation. Only thing is, I wish I purchased next model up with better fan control (this unit has only 2 modes - hi/lo... my previous samsung model had 4 modes), a turn table on/off option (this unit does not have that option), and door handle was real stainless steel (instead of plastic painted over). Still, overall, very nice unit.

Our LG microwave died, so we got the Samsung. Was same size and looked nice. So far, it’s worked great and does what it needs to. Very functional as well.

I was a little nervous installing this on my own but it was relatively easy if you have at least 2 people and the right tools. Great price and nice stainless steel look.

This microwave is easy to use. It holds ample sized plates. The food is evenly heated. The popcorn button is timed perfectly to pop most of the kernels.

i have been using the microwave for about a month. On the plus side, it works well heating food quickly. The unit looks good and fits well into my kitchen. On the minus side, the controls for the light and fan seem a little flimsy. I need to press a bit harder to have them work. I did need to call Samsung Service during the installation. They were very good to work with.

This is a great microwave for the budget price. It does lack in extra features but still looks good and works great.

Very large stainless steal microwave that heat up food quickly and very easy to clean

Easy to install and runs great! Does everything youd expect a microwave to do. This microwave negates the need for an exhaust duct to the outside of the house.

We love this microwave. It heats fast and evenly. Easy to install. The only thing I feel could be improved on, is the lights underneath . . . could be a little brighter to make it easier to see while cooking on the stove below.

Still in the box which we used for a serving table on Thanksgiving. Was delighted with BEST BUY price and delivery service. Must wait for someone to remove old and put in new microwave. The saleslady was so helpful. I wanted white and didn't think it available. It was in the warehouse and she offered to have it delivered to my home. I was able to get it in the front door with the help of a friend. We are old and feeble. I love the looks of it and Samsung has a good reputation. I know I will be pleased. Thank you.
