We bought this right before we sold our last house. It replaced the old vent with a microwave/vent-a-hood combo. It was pretty easy to install (if you are at all handy) and it was very powerful. It cooked way better than the old countertop unit we had. Popcorn was near perfect!

Love the color of the Stainless Steel fits perfectly in our kitchen space. Only issue I have is there are no express button options.

I am enjoying my over the range microwave and the additional counter space it provides. My only suggestion is I wished it had a metal handle like my other Samsung appliances instead of plastic. It cheapens the product's appearance. Can we order a metal handle?

I bought this with my set. it is a very nice microwave. the door does't feel as high of quality as I thought it would, and it is a bit smaller than I anticipated. But works well, the fan, light and options are great!

I am extremely please with the Samsung microwave. All the features are exactly what I was expecting. The only thing that might be a problem for anyone with decreased strength in their hands are the buttons require a good amount of pressure to push. This might not be a good fit for an elderly person.

I got an amazing deal with Best Buy on the full package and they did it all... removal and disposal of the old appliances and installation of the new ones. Great price, professional service, fast and reliable. Very pleased with purchase.

Not expensive and it does what it is supposed to. Have not had good luck with Samsung microwaves in the past. Have had 2 go dead on me, but since the rest of my kitchen is Samsung I am trying again.

I hope the Samsung microwave is better than the piece of junk LG I bought from Best Buy the LG was barely used and lasted just over a year. We bought it along with an LG refrigerator which sounds like a diesel truck when running tried to get help from Best Buy and LG but as I figured none was given.

This doesn't have a lot of options, and the handle is plastic, which was disappointing, but I don't use a microwave a lot. I bought it because I was able to get an open box item for a very good price.

overall, it's a good purchase. However, it was unexpected difficulty on installation by an experience technician. Therefore, we suggest do use BESTBUY install.

I had this same exact microwave but in white so it was a quick install. The only thing that gave us an issue was that it was in shipped to us in DEMO MODE and it took us some time googling to get a remedy because even though SAMSUNG says its a 24/7 customer service operation, we were ultimately sent to voice mail on a Saturday afternoon. So Best Buy was great, as always. Came delivered to the store a day early. SAMSUNG, on the other hand, needs to do something about their weekend customer service call center.

Just remodeled our kitchen and this is a beautiful addition to our new kitchen. This microwave replaced our 3 yr old one and we are so happy at the ease and functionality of this. I'm going to buy another one for our business. And tell my friends how great this is. WHAT A DEAL !!!!

Microwave overall quality is not bad and very easy to operate. Have one very big issue the hood vent blower is very loud to the point I just stop using the fan. I am very surprised that Samsung would not have a better vent fan in this microwave. I love Samsung appliances but I'm very disappointed with the purchase.

So far it works as I expected it to. It does get a bit of a rattle when running sometimes. I find if I push up on the microwave from the bottom when it's running that the rattle stops, so it might just be something in how it was installed.

Purchased Samsung over the range microwave April 23 2020. It is a perfect match with my new range. So far everything has been running smoothly. My only complaints have been with the loudness of the vent which i have somewhat adjusted to and the amount of pressure needed to make some functions work. Would i purchase this microwave again no I would not. But I would upgrade since all of my appliances are Samsung products.

We just needed a replacement for a GE over range microwave that quit. The swap was real easy and my old mounting plate even matched for this Samsung unit. Working great for past two months. Buttons seemed to require a lot of pressure to activate but that seems to be getting better with use.

Works just fine. Fingers-crossed that it behaves because word on the street says that it's a bear if it needs repair later (eg. difficulty getting parts, etc)

Works great. My only gripe is that it does not have the "auto" 1 minute cook if you press the #1. not a big deal, but had been used to that with previous microwaves.

My husband had to install it above our stove. It was tricky but he did a good job. The microwave it’s self, it great. Literally only flaw it has it the light is too dim. Even on high. But it works very well. Price is good.

It's only been about a month, but so far the microwave has performed well. No complaints, but if you're like me you're probably going to upgrade the stove top light to an led...the original is useless.
