The techs who installed the microwave were prompt and efficient. It fits in perfectly where we wanted it. The reaction to pressure on the control buttons is poor. We have to press them especially hard in order for it to function.

Great price, works well, noisy door when opening or closing. Can't use timer separate from microwave operation.

I purchased the microwave for my daughter, who was moving into her first home. She had a limited budget, so I was trying to find something economic but with good value for her. She loves the microwave and has no complaints what so ever. Definitely has served it's purpose.

I purchased this as a part of a bundle deal. I have teenagers who are participating in remote learning now and use the microwave frequently now between classes for quick snacks/meals. Reinforced handle is a plus.

My old Samsung unit failed, so I purchased another Samsung because I did not want to change the mounting hardware. This oven was priced great, and installed very easily.

I love it, this new microwave makes my kitchen looks so modern. I especially like the Econ power saving feature that you can press and it removes the clock from the screen to save you a little energy

I have no major complaints about this microwave. It works great and fits in the space that I needed it to go. The buttons a little hard to press, but it's not a deal-breaker by any means.

Got rid of my counter top MW. Replaces our "hardly working" hood fan with one that works and really clears the air. I love the big Samsung MW and stove exhaust hood at eye level. Lots of extras that my old MW didn't have. Really added a great update to my old kitchen.

I am very happy with my new Samsung above the range microwave. The delivery and installation went very smooth. Very happy with the installation crew. Very professional and well trained.

We are not using as a stove vent however this microwave seems durable. The only down side is that it's on the larger side for my small kitchen and buttons need to be pressed in hard for selection.

Bought this open box to replace fire damaged unit. Installed easily under cabinet. Buttons are sometimes hard to find but heats well.

It has a great look. This is the 3rd that I bought. My tenants love it and put up with a lot of abuse. And, the best part is I dont have to replace the top part that old stoves have

At this price point, this microwave may be better than expected. It is similar to higher end models by the exterior appearance, but has less features and not as good build quality. Example: opening handle bar

Our 2 year old GE profile quit and cost more to repair than this one was to purchase. As it matched perfectly the GE profile collection, we used it as a substitute. Works great and has been dependable and easy to use for over a year now.

Got this for a relative as a gift. They have absolutely loved the new appliances. This microwave came with some dents though, as did the replacement. Customer service was helpful in resolving issues.

The microwave works great. Has a turntable and a 30 second function. The bad part is that the handle is plastic which feels and looks cheap.

Very quiet! The handle seems a bit flimsy but time will tell! The fan speeds are helpful in a condo and the under mounted light is nice to have!
