So far, so good. Nothing special. I will share that installation was an ordeal! The instructions were horrible. And the unit itself is slanted towards the back wall making it appear not level. Note: the cardboard looking square inside the microwave is a necessary component and should not be removed although the instructions did not specify this.

Excellent quality and price. Installed myself and take the time to "carefully" read instructions regarding proper mounting of the unit.. If you follow the instruction provided, installation is very easy.

This was a great offer I used to match my existing appliances with this new microwave oven since I wanted one I could connect to the outside in order to extract heat and fumes from my kitchen while using the stovetop.

What I really like most about this microwave is it has a feature that if it get too hot beneath it (because it hangs above my stove), the fan will automatically turn on.

No problems with this microwave that I've been using for 6 months now. Easy to install, no drawbacks for being one of the cheapest options.

Nothing really fancy, still getting use to it but it replaced one that had a broken carousel so it seems much better than what I was use to. Good deal, so happy with it so far

The price was good installation easy. Works great . Turned the burners on my oven on and the vent fan went automatically. Didn’t know it had that feature. Totally satisfied.

A little small, but we knew that by cubic feet, buttons a little hard to push, but it does what it is supposed to do and well

Second one I bought last one was damaged in the Texas winter storm had pipes burst in kitchen ceiling but this product is very good does what it has to do no complaints

Have only had this microwave for a couple weeks. It looks great with the kitchen remodel but the handle does feel a bit cheap (plastic). Everything else works as expected.

Performs well. My only complaint is that the clock doesn't keep the correct time. We have to reset it often, or just ignore it. It is a nice looking unit (looks nicer in person).

Easy to put up. We just replaced an older model. Family loves the LED display. Pre set controls for food items are not useful but who uses those anyway. Great product, functions perfectly.

Easy to install, works as advertised, looks like it costs way more than it does. For the price it’s perfect . No complaints

This is a great microwave. The only problem I have with it, is that the handle is made out of plastic and has a cheap feel to it. Other than that, it works great.

They just dont make things that last anymore . I purchased this microwave in January 2020 and 3 and a half years later it has stopped working. According to what ive read online it probably has a bad magnetron. Worked great up intil then.

This Samsung microwave has been really great so far. I have always liked the Samsung brand for many other electronics and the microwave has not disappointed. Best Buy even matched an online price from Sears when I went to pick it up!

Just under a year w/ this product and still works excellent as the first time I used it. Has many options to heat food but I use it mostly to reheat and to make popcorn

Took forever to get someone to help assist me. Once I did get help the sales person really wasn’t knowledgeable of the product. Store wasn’t busy at all so not sure why it took so long. I had to go and find someone on my own.

We like the microwave so far but didn't realize the handle was plastic until we go it, and it actually came broken. We called Best But customer service and they sent us a new handle.
