It cooks great, quickly, and is easy to use. The only complaint I have is that it doesn't have any express cook options (as in the minute-express cook options). But other than that, I love it.

Due to the covid-19 pandemic I realized returning it would be tough or close to impossible, so I repaired it myself,grant that I'm a facilities engineer so this was a piece of cake for me, but would not recommend Samsung for the sheer fact that it didn't look like it happened in shipping it looked to be shipped from the factory this way because the box was in good shape with no signs of damage.
