    Was warming something and started seeing smoke and when checked inside the element at the top burned out and microwave stopped working after that. This was after a couple of months of purchase. Called warranty, and they denied that it was a defect. Declined to repair or replace. Horrible customer service experience after a horrible and cheaply made machine.
