Nice looking and similar to the one replaced. Cannot use timer independently from cooking time as with previous microwave the only drawback noticed thus far.

This is an attractive microwave and it heats things up quickly. It not only functions well, it looks nice too! I am happy with the product and pleased with the price. A good product for sure!

This microwave has a very good look and easy to use. Install is simple but the template is not really accurate and hard to tape to the wall. overall product is good

Very simple to use and very friendly my kids.very strong fan and led light...did I mentioned very easy to install too.with measurements on a paper to place on the wall...mark, drill ,screw...that easy.

We just installed this and it goes great with our other stainless steel appliances. Pretty easy install, although we chose to move our cabinets up a bit to fit larger pots.

I didn't even have to pay to have it installed, because it was THAT EASY - the instructions are wonderful and simple. It fit perfectly over my range and the microwave works really well. I think that the only thing that I am sad about with this particular microwave is that when I press a button, my old microwave would cook for that time. For example, if I pressed 1, then it would automatically cook for 1 minute. (Same for 2,3,4,and 5) However, this microwave does not do that. :( Bummer because everything else on it is awesome. :)

At this price point this microwave works very well. Simple to install on my own. Intuitive to use. Has the functions I need and matched the color scheme I needed for my kitchen

Bought this microwave as an open box excellent condition. Everything was like new. Installed easily and works great. Goes great with my other Samsung kitchen appliances.

Easy to use, highly functional, and extremely efficient microwave. Cooks so much quicker than the old model it replaced. Very pleased with the purchase and installation was straightforward.

Nice looking basic microwave. Good for my slightly compact kitchen. Handle feels a little bit cheap and plastic-y. Hopefully it lasts a long time.

This microwave looks good matches my other Samsung appliances - was easy to install, my only problem sounds petty but not when you are OCD.After I competed the install when I took off the protective plastic covering I notice that Samsung logo is crooked. Really noticeable when you are looking at both appliances Microve and stove.

Wonderful replacement microwave from our old one. This microwave has more features than our old one and easy to use.

Top 3 issues with this microwave: 1. Plastic door handle (it doesn't match the stainless steel all that much and it's cheap) 2. Mounting this microwave is a hassle, as the mounting bracket included with the microwave is flimsy and easy to bend (I bent it while tightening the bolt into the wall 3. The microwave heats up food fairly well, but it takes longer than my old microwave, despite being the same wattage Top 3 pros: 1. This microwave does look very nice and modern (despite the plastic door handle) 2. The price is amazing when compared to many other over the range microwaves 3. It gets the job done and so far seems very reliable! Final verdict: - if I were to purchase this item again, I would... I don't think I can find a microwave that fits my existing space, has this same stainless steel style, and is from a brand I trust, like this... there's definitely drawbacks, and if a better microwave is on sale at the time your read this, go with that... but at the time I made the purchase, this was my best option and I'm fairly happy with it!

Works great and installation isn’t too difficult if you’re relatively handy.

Still can't beat pricing and looks on most of the Samsung appliances, large or small. Looks and works great, we'll see how we do long term
