    It runs and cooks food well. Easy to clean after messes. The fan seems to only run on one speed or intensity. No change in fan sound when changing from high to low. It's been that way since purchase.

    This microwave stopped heating and is making a horribly loud hissing noise about a few months after the one year warranty period was over. I understand the microwave is a fair value, but only a year and several months for the appliance to work? Samsung has always been a go-to but it looks like not anymore. Time to spend a little more for a better quality brand. Disappointed.

    There was a small dent that is only noticeable on the top of the microwave when light hits a certain way, but i signed a paper upon delivery that it was ok. They tricked me. Trickery aside, the quality of this model is low. It takes longer to heat my food than other models out there and also heats very unevenly. It gets 2 stars instead of 1 because the color is very sharp on the stainless steel model.

      Heating our food using a microwave is the most convenient way. Let us help you with the Samsung appliance.

      If the microwave turns on but does not heat, checking a few settings and the installation will help resolve the issue.
