    We own rental units and have purchased this microwave a few times. It's rare for us to have a problem with a microwave, but every time we have, it's been with this model. First, out of the box there was a problem with the light bulb that shines on to the stove top. The bulb had gotten encased with some type of adhesive and we had a very hard time getting it out. Samsung offered to send us a new bulb, but no help. Then we have one in a different place and had used it for 2 years when all of a sudden the door stopped latching properly. The third one was a new unit we bought which had gotten damaged internally in the box, but didn't show any external damage. But when the residents moved in, it didn't work. Samsung sent out someone to repair it, but in the end adbicated responsibility and we only got satisfaction by bringing it back to the store for a refund. May look nice, and usually the price is a few bucks cheaper than another brand - but totally not worth it!
