I installed this myself, a bit more complicated than I anticipated (the wall behind it was partially tiled and needed some spacer to make it work). Otherwise, it went well. This microwave is half as quiet as the Radarange it replaced. I've used the defrost, reheat, and popcorn settings and they all work extremely well. It's the first time in years we haven't had either a large amount of unpopped or some burnt popcorn! Yay! The ability to shut off the turntable is great, since we can now microwave something in a rectangular baking dish. The light underneath is nice and bright on the stovetop, and although the exhaust fan is a bit noisy, I feel this unit is a great buy for the price. It was recommended by a salesman in the store, and I'm glad we bought it.

After having a GE for 7 years it was nice to find a reasonably priced option that did what we needed and worked over the stove. Everything fit, even the old brackets were the same as the ones holding up the GE. What else can I say, GREAT BUY and VALUE.

This microwave is great because it has a turntable so my foods cook very very evenly, it has high micro-power, is easy to clean, and a good variety of speed/shortcut buttons.

The price on this microwave is outstanding. It was easy to hang per the instructions provided by the manufacturer. What's not so great is the glass turntable doesn't turn at a steady flow. Adjustments were made to the way the table was put into the microwave but still no change. It's not a huge problem but it's what prevents me from giving it 5 stars. Despite this I would recommend this to a friend mainly because of the price and warranty.

I bought the Samsung after reading other reviews and comparing it to other microwaves I have owned, so far I'm very satisfied. It was reasonable and has features needed but not overwhelming. The only complaint is it came with a few scratches that we never noticed until it was installed and I went to clean it. I would check it thoroughly prior to installation if you would be offended by a few little scratches on a brand new product, it appears to have been done in packaging as it had never been opened.

This microwave was easy to install. The front panel has shortcut keys that are simple to use. Works wonderfully for quick defrosting and cooking. The turntable is easy to clean. Great product.

Replaced a counter top microwave with this one which fit perfectly over the stove between/under top cabinets. Not at all difficult to install for me. (Active senior citizen of 70). Have had for approximately 2 months and really like the sensor functions. So far, has worked great and have used for multiple functions (reheat-popcorn-defrost-potatoes,veggies-etc...). Have had good luck with Samsung Products and one of the main reasons for choosing this brand along with reviews of other owners.

This replaced a 23 yr old microwave. Our options were limited in getting a black model. We were just looking for a basic microwave. This microwave was a good price and very simple and clean looking. The one issue we had was trying to find the vent and light buttons on the control panel. After time, we have adjusted and are happy with the purchase.

Works great. The fan is a bit louder than I expected but is not terrible. Easy to install.

Great price and it was so easy to install. Had it hanging up in 20mins.

Installation was ok, however the instruction manual was not for the same model of microwave so it was harder to figure out where the parts went on it. Overall, install took two hours including taking down the old hood and creating junction boxes that were not there previously. Once up, the look of the product is even better than in the store. The blue light of the clock is unique and something that makes it stand out. The black finish is easy to clean. The usage and options of the microwave are exceptional as well. I enjoy being able to push the numbers and then start for how long I want to set it to cook. Having a timer for when the under lights come on and stay on is a nice addition. It has an eco friendly option and uses less energy than the old microwave. Overall, excellent microwave, great look, and not too bad installation.

I just had this microwave for a few weeks. It looks really great in my kitchen and in my opinion it is easy to use.

I've had this microwave for about a month. I use it daily for extra small jobs not to exceed 2 min. I also use the fan and the light features pretty much daily. It was fairly easy to install and works really well. The fan may be a bit too loud but it works better than my last one. I like that it has the button to turn off the rotation of the plate and also the timer setting for the fan. I would recommend this microwave to my family and friends.

I have only owned this for about a month. No real problems so far. I have my doubts on the durability of the external control panel. Mine is already showing some wear on the buttons we use most. The microwave I had before had a one touch feature that I really miss. This one you must push the :30 button and then the start button. It's not a big deal, I'm just use to my old microwave that started after pushing just the :30 button.

I have exchanged it my GE microwave whose door handle broke after a few months. This SAMSUNG microwave unit is much better looking, has various cooking options and seems to have a more solid door handle. It as also simple to clean using nothing fancy but a paper towel. All smudges or grease disappear with a few stokes.

Overall performance meets expectations. Much quieter than the 10 yr old GE model which it replaced. But wish it provided more illumination to cook top. And the display is blue and difficult to read from a distance. Maybe just my perception, but it appeared to be green on the Best Buy site.

WE DECIDED TO GET THIS MICROWAVE AS APART OF A BUNDLE WHEN REPLACING OUR FRIDGE AND STOVE. IT HAS LOTS OF SPACE INSIDE AND WORKS WELL. IT HEATS EVENLY AND HAS GREAT LITTLE FEATURES FOR QUICK USE. OVERALL I'M HAPPY WITH THIS AND WOULD PURCHASE AGAIN.

This is easy for the kids to use and it works great the turn table makes it cook evenly
