Well built powerful microwave, easy to install and spacious

The microwave works nicely, and has good features. It has a large capacity, which is nice for my large family. Unfortunately, we purchased this to replace a broken microwave, and even though Samsung has a good reputation, we bought the two year warranty. The first year, there was a problem and they sent a repairman who fixed it. We bought it in June of 2013, and in July of 2016, it has now failed. It has a short so that when the door is opened or the microwave is bumped, the machine goes dark. Tapping on it make the readout come back on, but if you put something in it and close the door and the readout stays it, when you put in the time to cook and hit start, it comes on for about 2 seconds and goes dark again. This has been a big disappointment to us. We are remodeling our kitchen next month, and we will not buy this again.

So far happy with it. Good microwave. Not much noise. Cooks well and no problem so far. One can be happy with this for the price.

We are upgrading a old kitchen with new while cabinets and granite table top. We wanted to have matching modern stainless steel appliances, and Samsung had it. The micro wave oven looks smart and efficient. We have not used all the features of the micro wave oven, but it seems to have all we want.

Easy to install!! Looks and works great!!! I would recomend this product to fiends and family. Would definately buy it again!!!

I bought this microwave after the GE that came with my house, failed. This has been a great microwave for the price. It is much quieter then the GE.

Not much to be said. Does what it says it does. Cooks food evenly and consistently.

This is my second Samsung after the first one died unexpectedly. I'm hoping this one has a longer life! So far, so good and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, over the range microwave that has a decent amount of cook space and features.

Love the design of the samsung products. The depth/height worked well and didn't seem bulky and hulking over the cooktop. Keypad takes a little getting used to. Fan is noisy though functional. Lighting is too dim. Heats food in ample time.

Great product at a great price. Easy to put up and use

The microwave itself seems to work well although I have only used the basic functions. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for Samsung to mail me the User Guide that was not provided in the sealed box. The over the range light is too dim as mentioned by other reviewers. Luckily my carpenter knew how to install the unit since there was no paperwork in the brand new sealed box - no installation instructions, no installation wall template. Had to print off the installation instructions from the Samsung website. No template provided and no way to print one off the website. My advice is to check the box for paperwork BEFORE leaving the store. The installation instructions are important. There is one step where you may have to open the unit to reverse the blower unit, from top exhaust to rear exhaust.

Does the job. Installed easily and looks very nice.

Great microwave, with plenty of useful features, all for a reasonable price.

I think it needs to be 1100 watts, does not cook as fast as our last microwave. Otherwise it is a good microwave for a small family. Like the ease of the menu. Do not have to have a college degree to run it.
