I bought this microwave to replace a GE where the magnetron had gone out for the second time. Not wanting another GE since they are prone to magnetron problems and I researched an liked this model. Good set of features for the price. Clean looking. The 3 star rating is based on the lack of convenience features. Microwaves are suppose to be quick and this model does not have one touch start for cooking. Example, you have to type 1-0-0 in instead of just pushing the 1 to start 1 minute. This is a hassle for everyday use. Also, I wanted to use the Eco button, but the feature resets every time instead of defaulting as the normal. What a pain! Deal breakers? No, but annoying for a device created to save time. I do like the look of the microwave, the venting, and not that microwaves are loud, but this one is really quiet win its cooking.

This microwave is much quiter than my old unit was, but the digital read out is too small to read across the kitchen.

We are very happy with this microwave. It did take some planning to install it ourselves. Measure, measure, measure! It has three ways to vent...through a overhead cabinet vent, out the back of microwave into awall vent, or out the front of the microwave through a filter. We were able to use our existing wall vent with a few adjustments. It took both, my husband and I, to maneuver it into place. The microwave seems to be great quality and it looks nice. Overall, we are very happy with purchase!

purchased to replace our original that only lasted 5 yrs(not samsung). This unit was inexpensive, lots of options, easy install, good power. The turntable is recessed so the interior is flat. The turntable can be turn off. Great buy!

Our first over the range microwave. Easy to install and use. Frees up alot of counterspace for other items.

I had ordered the all white but was pleasantly surprised to receive a unit with a black frame around the window...making for an interesting and attractive design. Couldn't be more pleased. There are some minor concerns but they would not have affected my purchase. My concerns are: Small display...hard to read at a distance; Dim cook top light; Start button should be highlighted. Everything else is very functional...great sensor cooking. I purchased it during a two day sale and also bought the 5 year protection plan ($57.00). Would strongly recommend for its value, functionality and design.

We installed this microwave a few months ago and are delighted. The sensor cooking is simple to use and works great - we use it all the time. Another useful feature is the kitchen timer that will run while the microwave is cooking. The display can be set to turn off when not in use to save energy. The light for the range has different brightness settings - another energy saving feature. The fan is loud, but no more so than the range hood we replaced. We're moving soon, and we're going to have to buy another one of these microwaves for our new home!

Great microwave for a great price. Powerful exhaust fan, works great. Only thing to change would be the LED readout for clock, very hard to see the blue color but not the end of the world.

I'm not going to carry on here, but to make it simple, this microwave does everything the average person could want, and it does it simply and easily. It just "works right". It feels and seems of good quality too. We do love it and it works perfectly. It looks great as well. No problems to report. It was a good choice. AND, Samsung makes a heck of a good phone too (Galaxy S3).

Sensor cooking is on the mark; is great cooking. Love the looks.

Bought it one month ago and so far so good!! My first Samsung product hope I won't be disappointed as time goes by.

Powerful Microwave cooking in a nice package. Fast even cooking

This Samsung 1.7 Cu. ft. Over the range microwave is totally the right microwave for our household.

Our microwave came with a faulty support ring for the turntable. One wheel of the ring does not stay on, while the other two are firmly affixed. "Support" asked for a photo so they could determined if the part was "user replaceable." Then they said we needed to buy a new part because they didn't cover damaged parts (there is absolutely no wear on either the ring or the wheel; it was improperly made!). They said if it had been a computer problem they could have helped us with it. How do you photograph a computer glitch? They are obviously just trying to put off customers. This is the last Samsung microwave I will ever buy!!!!!

Good product but "owner manual included" is just a short 5 pg fold-out paper. I contacted Best Buy customer service to request a full-bound manual and was told to go to BB website to download and print out. I looked and couldn't find it. Would have been nice if they had mailed me one because it should be part of product. I went to Samsung website and printed it out. Poor customer service, BEST BUY!

I have this Microwave about 7 Month and had to have the turntable motor repaired twice. Be careful.
