The microwave is beautiful. It goes with all my other stainless steel appliances. The numbers are hard to push. My 10 & 11 year olds can work it fine.

I bought this microwave as a replacement for my GE microwave which died after many years of faithful service. The installation was straight forward and easy with the right tools. Mounting will require 2 people so if you are installing this yourself then get a friend before you do. Samsung is building quite a reputation so watch out GE and others.

This microwave was very easy to install and has worked well since. Touch pad is a little hard to accurate.

Microwave looks great and all the features work as expected. Glad to have chosen this Samsung microwave. Lighting on led panel is a blue hue and matches my kurig display perfectly. Also liked how the lights for the stove lighting point forward to better illuminate all of the stove and not just the back edge like some makes tend to do. Not really a complaint but if any negative I wish the vent fan was quieter.

The buttons are a little hard to push on this flat-panel touch pad and the surface light is really dim, hardly worth using other than as a night light. Otherwise it works as expected. This was the only microwave that would fit in the space I have.

Easy to use and understand Big and perfect for over the range

I like the variety of choices. The heat sensor cooks very nicely. Popcorn comes out great! Problem I have is with the touch pad. It is not easy to get it to respond. You push the button, nothing works, so then you push the clear button, then it works, or sometimes it just takes more pressure or doing it twice. Not the easiest, especially with age in my hands.

Only had this microwave for a month. It looks nice Inside and Out. Everything works works fine, the only thing that I don't like to well is you have to push a little hard to operate items on touch pad.

I was surprised how many high end features this microwave has, especially for the cost. I wish the key pad illuminated but you get what you pay for. It's really light weight which made install much easier than the beast I took out.

I replaced my old Samsung over the range microwave with a new Samsumg microwave. Very simple install, as Samsung kept the same mounting hardware and bolt pattern so we literally took down the old microwave and hung up the new one.

Very happy with this purchase. Best Buy had the lowest price for this microwave. Geek Squad did a very professional installation. No problems so far. Has all the features I was looking for. Cooks fast and easy to operate.

I'm happy with the purchase. Reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 is because the fan comes on by itself and you can't turn it off until steam goes away. It's annoying

I love my new microwave...it is a beautiful unit and is very powerful. The only thing I wish it had was one button timing for 1 to 6 minutes.

We bought this microwave so that it would match our other Samsung appliances (Fridge & Stove). It works like a good microwave should, No regrets.

Overall an excellent product but the manual is very skimpy and I can't figure out how to make the options settings work.
