It will take some time getting use to not having a rack inside to allow more then 1 item being cooked/heated. Otherwise, it's just a microwave. It does what it's suppose to.

Our new microwave is very user friendly and was easy to install.

Nice microwave, but doesn't have a lot of features like my last Samsung. You have to hit start button after you hit 30 second button. Other model started automatically instead of hitting two buttons.

This microwave looks great in my new kitchen and it has every feature you can think of - timer, sensor, light and vent over stove, turntable. etc. And all for a fair price. I am very satisfied with this product.

I wasn't shooting for the moon with this, so it was easy to meet my expectations. Good value, works fine. Nothing spectacular to compliment but nothing to complain about either.

Two complaints: the buttons are hard to press and the instruction manual is far from thorough. Otherwise heats well and looks good.

Needed an inexpensive yet quality over the range microwave. I thought I would have to get a lesser brand name but I was able to get a name brand and not break the budget.

Samsung AND BEST BUY---whatta team !!! PERFECT !! My wife was excited and very pleased with the purchase, as we also have a couple of other Samsung products !!! NOW :( IF I COULD only get comparable service from the damned flooring contractor !!! :)

I did not get the white microwave, because of damage to the package. However I went to the store and the appliance manager was able to get me a stainless steel microwave. White is becoming a specialty color for appliances. Who knew!

Matches my Samsung refrigerator perfectly and I got this for a great open box price. I like everything about it , it cooks much faster and more evenly than the one I had before. Now if only I could find a new dishwasher to match.;)

So far, it works fine. Was not a problem to install. Just your average run of the mill microwave.

Microwave looks good and matches our refrigerator. Works great, quiet, has enough bells and whistles but not to complicated.

The old Maytag finally died and I needed a replacement. Naught this Samsung and couldn't be happier. Very quiet and lots of power.

In short, bought both the microwave and install (just didn't feel like the hassle), however, unsure if it's that it's not in tight enough, etc. but in starting the microwave, the magnatron is LOUD. Am unsure thereby if this is truly a good recommend as unsure if the fault is really with the microwave or install (doesn't feel loose), otherwise might give it more than 3 stars.

Nice waterline and accessories, but I had to return it as it was 6 inches to short for my install.

Great microwave, saves so much space going from a counter top microwave. Sleek with nice features. The only negative is the lighting, we'd, prefer the lighting be brighter.

This is the best Samsung microwave compared to the other models especially the more expensive ones. Solid some design that doesn't seem gimmicky and prone to problems.
