Bought this model for quick and easy replacement. However controls not as easy to use. Manual provided was worthless.

This was just what we needed. Great customer service.

Warms things quickly. Solid build. Fan could be quieter and filters could be easier to get.

So far so good. I was looking and looking for an over the range microwave for about the last year or so. I was in Best Buy at Concord Mills and so happened the microwave that caught my eye was no longer available. I ended up buying the display item. The sales representative was very helpful. And even loaded the microwave on a cart for us to easily roll out to our vehicle and load up. The only thing that was an issue is when we went to put up the microwave; the screw that adheres the microwave to the cabinets was missing. So we had to make a Lowe's run and find a screw closest to what was advised to use on the instructions.

We have not had this microwave for two months and it has worked fine from the beginning. No issues.

I had the same brand before, when it was time for a new one, we choose the same brand just a newer model. Able to install it using the same bracket as before, Works great. No issues.

Well priced and good looking unit. Doesn't cook quite as thorough as our last microwave.

Great microwave and the price was perfect. The only thing I don't like about it is you can't run the microwave while the kitchen timer is on like my older microwave. It's a minor feature but it would be nice if it did it like the old one. The sensor cooking feature is spot on! Really a great microwave

Exactly what I was looking for, works great for the price.

The installation was a bit tricky but got it up and running in about two hours. We had to uninstall the hood above our oven and install an outlet in the cabinet above, etc. But overall this is great product and we got a great deal!
