Excellent microwave. One touch operation. Stylish. Love it

This is the worst functioning microwave that I have ever owned (including stand-alone and built-ins). The keypad is very difficult to use. You have to press very hard and sometimes many times. I would have taken it back except my finances don't allow me to have to pay for it to be removed again. Also, I was given promises by the sales person and they were not followed up on. I will never again by applianes at Best Buy.

Simple style matches my other-brand appliances. LOTS of pre-set cooking options. The microwave beeps several times to remind you something is done cooking. The kitchen timer feature is a nice extra, though one I think is a must.

Overall we are very happy with our Samsung Microwave but I have to say that in low light it is tough to read the push button area of the oven. Overall it was a good value to product value.

I bought this as a replacement for a 14 year old GE Profile. It seems a little lighter built but after 14 years that is to be expected. Large number of features is nice to have.

The Samsung microwave looks great in my kitchen. It is a huge improvement over my 32 year old model. It is easy to use and powerful. But I am disappointed that the plastic on its cheap plastic door handle cracked and broke after several months of use. Samsung needs to do better than this to keep my business. If it wasn't an above-range model, I would have replaced it right away.

We purchased this microwave and although it came with not much of an instruction book we have had no trouble with the various options. It seems like a great buy and I was able to install it myself above our stove.

They gave me a great deal on floor model. Was a bit difficult to install but it's fine now. Works great, but wish it had more lights underneath.

I don't like it to hard to operator & very thin walls & doors salesmen don't know too much about it. Very poor salesman. Only show me this one.

The keypad is somewhat difficult to use. Some keys press easy others are difficult. May have to have a service call to check this.

I was remolding my kitchen and wanted to upgrade my microwave. Best Buy had the best price and selection to choose from.

Microwave worked really well until it stopped heating two days before Thanksgiving. Lights, timer, fan and turntable all work. Nothing heats. Not going to pay for a service visit that will amount to at least half of the original cost of the microwave. Will have to replace with non-Samsung now.

I'm very please with the performance of this unit; it replaced a 750 watt unit. It has a turntable to heat item more evenly.

Love this microwave was really easy to install and takes a little bit to get use to the features but once you got you won't want any other brand
