This microwave has been great so far. We replaced a 10 year old microwave that gave out. I was worried because I had read some not so great reviews, but the salesman said he hadn't heard of any problems and that Samsung was one of the top selling appliance brands so we went ahead and bought it. It works great and heats quickly. I would definitely recommend this product.

This microwave oven was chosen as the best value for the features it offered when compared to other microwave ovens even more expensive. It has exceeded all expectations! I would highly recommend this microwave for its features and value.

The oven has a nice classic look, the size is great as it will accept larger cooking plates and containers and the options allow for just about every cooking situation you would need in a microwave.

Device has only been installed for 3 weeks. As we would expect, it is working to my satisfaction. Timers on cooking and self-timer could be louder.

No problems. Bought to replace my old microwave. Didn't come with mounting brackets but old ones worked got it at a steal.

I like my new microwave because was easy to set up and easy to understand the instructions, I don't like the blue color on the clock because is not clear during the day, the price was ok

Have not installed it yet, but looks like it has all the features we need to replace the GE that works, but lid to fan broke off and was too exspensive to replace.

Very happy with microwave. It performs better than the previous microwave that we had. Just difficult to designate the start/stop buttons from the other buttons.

So far it works great. Wife likes potato feature. Was easy to install. $100.00 dollars cheaper than others.

Overall pleased with this model, good value for the money. Microwave runs quiet but vent fan is loud. Display is small and a very deep blue color which doesn't match our other appliances' displays, and it's tough to read the clock from across the room, where the previous model this replaced could be read with no problem. But hey, I didn't spend $200 for a clock... it's a microwave, and my food comes out nice and hot, so I'm happy.

Several features built in to this microwave have made food preparation much easier. We should have purchased a new microwave oven sooner.

It was easy to get installed by technicians. The microwave works well for what I need for it to do. Easy displays with clear shortcuts.

Good micro overall. Easy to install. I like the blue lighting for the clock. So far, everything works great. You should be happy with it.

This microwave was easy to install. Took me and one friend, and fortunate for us this is one of the high end brands of GE so there was minimal work to get holes and brackets lined up from the old microwave.

Our over the range unit failed and after reviewing consumer reports, chose the Samsung for features and price. Old unit was harder to remove than the new was was to install which only took a few minutes.
