We loved this microwave for it's design, LED lighting, number of feature (convection, broil), it was easy to program and had lots of different pre-set modes. Until I tried to set the convection oven at 425F - it took it 30 minutes to pre-heat and I've got E-23 code at the end. Called Samsung, tecnician came over and replaced the temperature sensor and the main board, but that did not help to resolve the E-23 problem. Replacing...

Purchased this to create more space in our kitchen and give it a modern look. Had a professional instal the microwave and it vents on the outside. Very attractive and does the job. Very happy with the purchase.

This product simply does not work well. When I press a button for a specific function, it does something else. It beeps randomly and changes settings while you are not even in the room. And trying to get a repair person out from Samsung? Be prepared to take SEVERAL days off work like I did, because they didn't know what part they needed, or didn't have the part, or just didn't show up AT ALL! I will not buy a Samsung again.

I waited eagerly for this microwave to be in stock so that I could buy it. Once it was installed we found that although it can do a lot of cool things, most of the time we just turn the timer dial to cook our food on high. The pre-programmed settings are all a little too complicated to remember. I would still like it, but after only a month the thing is fried. Pops the breaker if I even open the door. Going to have to look into a repair or replacement. Ugh! Meanwhile, our busy family is without a microwave. So annoying!

Microwave is easy to use and great pre-sets. Looks great with similar stainless appliances.

I have this only one month and the control panel has already gone bad.

I did not purchase a best buy geeksquad warrant so now Samsung and ServiceQuick have been attempting to fix this Microwave for almost three weeks. It worked fine for almost two months, functions as an over the range fan, steam veggies, and convection microwave. I thought highly of samsung and really wanted to like this microwave. All of my appliances are samsung and have no problems. The only is this microwave that has been fixed three times and all parts replaced and still they want to try one more thing to fix it. We have been without a microwave and over the range fan for three weeks because Samsung knows this is a defective product and still does not want to replace it or refund me. This is not what I expect out of a samsung brand. Should of stuck with Kitchen Aid or GE.

Thirty-three days after I purchased the microwave, the part that generates the microwaves failed. I'm reporting it to Samsung. I'll have to wait to see what happens.

Reheats food OK . Does a very poor job on a bag of popcorn. Tried all recommended settings, too many kernels not popped and what is popped is usually hard and burnt. Seems to be lacking poweer. Tried to get online help from Samsung site and was told to try 1 or 2 kernels at a time. Beware. I would not buy again. The Kenmore I replaced was better. ...25 months after purchase. Love the oven, cooking is magnificent. But I got a defected one.

This unit was dead on arrival. I t would not run more than 30 seconds. Several hours to install. Called tech support and they said it would be a few days before someone would come out. It's THursday, so that means Monday or later. I bought this one because our old one died. With the party season coming up, I need a unit that works. I hope they will give me a replacement.
