Easy to use and does a good job heating the food. Definitely requires at least 2 people to install.

Been using this for about a month and I am very happy with it. this was easy to install after removing my old microwave. Have not found anything I don't like about this yet.

Really liked this microwave it can do almost anything :) , but you have to read the manual In order to work this beast . Not that easy to maneuver if you are upgrading from a basic microwave. Once you get the hang of it you'll enjoy it

Cooking with The SamSung Microwave with Convection oven has been a very rewarding experience. Still learning and experiencing with different dishes. So far so good!

LOVE THIS! so many options I have to keep the reference guide handy when using the slim fry options to remember how to use it. My 14 year old has already mastered it though!

This thing Rocks! We cook dinner in it all the time. From pizza to casseroles it never lets us down. It is also very quiet when just running the microwave. The oven fan is a little louder but nothing that bothers me. The lights on the bottom that shine onto the stovetop are excellent as well. I don't have outside ventilation so I was very happy that this microwave recirculates the air through a carbon filter to remove smoke from the stove. Overall extremely satisfied. Just remember to turn the fans around if you are not going to vent outside!

Love the quick roast/bake feature. Allows you to cook using all three cooking functions-microwave, bake and toast! Great chicken!! Relatively easy to use, still trying all the pre-sets, etc. good looking, great lighting, fan relatively quiet too. Two big thumbs up !

Thoughtful Design starts with the "buttonless" glass touch panel - it is robust and easy to clean. No contact buttons or pressure pads to wear out or malfunction. The convection oven is amazing - better than other combination microwaves we had. Large interior, and ample supply of cooking racks. The design is attractive and matches most kitchen decor. Although I feel that a stainless steel interior is more attractive, the ceramic coating material is easy to clean. Installation kit is not included,

We had to replace our 20 year old microwave. This is such an improvement! It is the same size outside but the huge inside allows for an entire dinner plate!. The controls are fairly simple to learn without instructions-and I'll be darned, the convection feature roasts a perfect chicken or turkey. We love it.

I absolutely love my microwave! It looks amazing and it's very simple to use. I love that it has a dial instead of number buttons.

Never had a convention microwave before. Cooking , defrosting meat or just heating up a cup of coffee it's amazing. We are having Christmas dinning this year at our home, about 23-26 people and we can't wait to put our new convetion oven & convection microwave to the test. We are so very happy with chose we made.

We bought this in addition to all the other Samsung appliances. To be honest the microwave is much slower than our other one was. The convection oven part is not fast either.

Love my new microwave/convection oven. Love the new features that I have learned how to use. Very easy instructions.

I have used the combination microwave and convection once and it worked ok. The microwave is fine, just like all the others I have had. I am not sure this is worth the extra money. It is also slightly larger than the usual which presented an installation issue.This, they do not tell you at the outset. Installers had to be HOUNDED to find a solution to the fact that the cabinet doors scraped the top of the microwave every time you open the door. I was ready to have them take it out and get a different one.

Works well and matches the French door fridge I already have. Easy install and easy to use. Cleans easily, runs quiet. Haven't used all the different settings yet but the ones I have work well. The racks are great for fries. Very happy with the microwave.

It is an early Christmas gift for my son ,and he just installed it.he said it looks great and he loves it.

I love it! You can use the convection oven to heat up anything and not have it soggy from using a microwave
