I did not have a hard time deciding to buy this microwave as it is one of the best looking microwave in the market right now. It is a little bit pricey but I don't mind the price tag as long as it will make your kitchen area look so good. And one thing more, it is very user friendly!

It's a very good product heats up the food quick and properly. It also looks amazing in the kitchen over the range I absolutely love this microwave!

It's a good micro wave and looks good. Makes big fries in it.... Well not perfect but pretty impressive for no oil and cooking in a microwave.

I love how easy and fast this microwave works. Its super nice to be able to cook a whole chicken, etc. without heating the oven and making the house hot. Not to mention it is a beautiful appliance.

Great microwave. Made a pizza in it and turned out crispier and better than in the oven. Has many options and we are still in the learning process. You do need to keep your owners manual handy for instructions and settings as there are so many different things you can make in it. Due to the stainless steel and attracting so many smudges ... I would suggest "Refresh" which Walmart carries, and is safe for cleaning it. It is very sharp looking and makes our kitchen look rich.

Self install was good it fit right onto our existing mount. Had read it's complicated but not really, features are great. Freed up counter space by getting rid of the toaster oven.

Easy install, bought open box and got a great deal. Samsung products are my favorite

this microwave can almost cook everything for you and the defrost works better than any microwave I have ever used, the browning feature is really nice

This is the one item that my wife allowed me to pick out. I absolutely love this microwave it does everything we need and then some. It has so many options that it's going to take a long time to figure out all of them but it is great

I would definitely recommend it except to someone looking for a high end microwave. This one has lots of nice options and is easy to use but is not as solid feeling as my last one but then most appliances don't seem to feel as sturdy as they used to.

Functions well and is attractive. Relatively easy operation. Has convection but have not tried that function yet.

Bought this unit as Open Box in supposed Excellent condition (thanks a lot Cherry Hill, NJ Best Buy). It looked fine in the box from the top, but unfortunately I waited 30 days before installing and then the return period was over. As soon as we took it out, I could see that it was dropped. The bottom was severely dented and when the door opened, everything bent along the hinge. Okay, so I got a scratch/dent unit. I was angry, but when we installed and it had the same spooky turning on randomly problems as others, I was livid. I called and got a repair set up and they replaced the control panel but said they wouldn't do anything about all the bends and dents even though it actually looks like gaps open into the unit in places. It works now, but it takes forever to heat anything and gets really hot; so, we still use our old countertop unit and I don't want to use this. Oh, and the exhaust fan is ridiculously loud and doesn't do anything. Big waste of money. I wanted it to match our Samsung refrigerator, but when I replace this, it will be a different brand from a different store.

Good microwave will recommend it to family / friends.

I read all of the reviews on the microwave/conventional ovens and decided to purchase this one. I have encountered NO problems whatsoever! I love the choice of having an extra conventional oven and I find that I am using this much more than I anticipated. It was very easy to install. It is easy to clean and the directions for use are clear and easy to understand. Thank you...you KNOW I will buy from you again...probably sooner than later.
