The microwave is large with lots of features that eventually wear out over time. The metal items that are allowed in the microwave are hit or miss, and it can potentially mess up the whole machine if you're not careful. I find the microwave, like most microwaves now, taking longer and longer to heat food.

This is the best microwave oven I have ever owned. . World's may as advertised.

Vent fan stopped working less than 2 years after purchase. Light work load.

We decided to upgrade our built in microwave with this unit because of the oven option. We can bake without having to have the entire house heat up during the summer. It also provides for a second oven without the additional expense of installing another oven. The microwave is more powerful than our last unit and works very well (cooks more evenly than the last). It is working great thus far after a month.

Works great, performs well and looks sharp in the kitchen

I love everything about this microwave so far. The convection oven cooks evenly and crispy! Have cooked cakes, pizza, chicken breast and other pieces, fries, tater tots. We rarely order out for pizza.

I bought one of these, then found that the door does not align with the frame properly. They were not in same level. Also the filter does not fit in properly. So I ordered another piece which had the above mentioned propblems plus a huge cosmetic dent. So all of the pieces has this door alignment issue including the one I saw at best buy display. Mechanically it works decent. But the cosmetic issues are quite noticeable. Now its a known fact that the samsung has the worst customer service ever be it be phone or any appliance. Having said that best tried to do their best, but this was a samsung problem. Best buy as usual rocks!

Would buy it again in a heartbeat!!! We love it! We made fries the first night! My son loves his frozen pizza out of the new microwave too! He tells his grandmother she needs a new one.

While I am very happy with the unit itself, customer service at both Best Buy and Samsung are quite lacking. I was not able to have the microwave installed until 3 weeks after it was purchase and when it was unpacked there was a very noticible dent in the stainless steel door and the porcelain interior was chipped around the hinge. I called Best Buy and they told me that it was past the 14 day return policy and that I should contact Samsung. Samsungs response was that they are not responsible for "cosmetic or concealed damage". WHAT!!! That is totally insane. The only thing that is covered in mechanical issues even though the unit was shipped that was from Malaysia. HOBBIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY CONTROL SAMSUNG. WAY TO GO!!!

We upgraded to this from a traditional microwave and are still learning how to use all the cool features. Well built and stylish.

Originally I was looking for a regular over the range microwave. But then we were shown the convection microwave. It could do so much more. So far I love it and am very glad we made the decision to upgrade to a convection microwave.

I love this microwave. Sleek style and very powerful. Convient auto controls for steaming veggies and reheating food.

Have not used many of the functions yet. The ones I have used are great. Love the blue color of the light. Easy to see items.
