It worked well, except the dial did not function correctly and I had to return it.

I love this microwave. I was able to declutter my kitchen and get rid of a air fryer and toaster oven because of all the functions and capabilities this microwave has. Would highly recommend.

We bought this microwave open box. It was the display model. Had to call Samsung to repair within two weeks. Samsung replaced the turntable motor and control board because the microwave kept turning itself on and off and the turntable made a grinding noise.

Great choice ever, have never been happier love it

I really like the features this microwave has. It can combine oven and broiling functionality with Microwave to help cook things fast, but help keep them from tasting like Microwave heated food. It does take some experimentation to find the right combination of settings and times to make this work, however. There is no magic button. My main criticism of this device though, is that it seems to have a mind of its own. Spontaneously it will turn on its lights, modify the display with something strange, and just behave on its own without anybody touching it. We have named it Chuckie.

First order of this microwave lasted a little over a year before it stopped working. Bought the same exact microwave only because it blends with other appliances in the kitchen.

We bought this because we got a great dealon it and it matched the rest of our appliances, but it really has been a great microwave.
