After 12 years my previous MW knocked out. This was much more simple to install, lighter and has more features. It even reminds me if by any chance I leave anything inside it after warming up.

Water is hot in 1 1/2 minutes. Nice stainless design. Dual racks.

I have been very happy with this microwave. It has all the major features and is not loud while operating.

Great product and easy to use. One problem is that my older microwave could perfectly cook any size bag of popcorn with the sensor. This unit burns very small single serving and pop up bowl type bags when using the sensor setting. It does work fine using manual timer cooking.

Has everything that I wanted and more. Looks nice and has a lot of room for tall mugs and wide dishes

The microwave works well but I wish I had purchased one with over 1000 watts of power. Oh well, the price was right so I shouldn't complain. The size is excellent and was a major factor when deciding which microwave to buy. That part is perfect. The build is good but the outer shell could be made out of a sturdier metal or have screws on the right side to prevent the shell from shifting. While mounting the microwave under the cabinet, the right side of the outer shell shifted slightly and bent. The left side has screws that prevented any kind of shift but the right side doesn't have any screws. The shift was probably less than a 32nd of an inch but visible. As a result, I recommend the microwave but with reservations.

This microwave is way worth the money. Heats food very fast, its quiet, looks good and did not break the bank.

Turntable did not work, received warranty service and now it’s fine. Like the black interior . I picked this one because the turntable was bigger than those of comparable size and price.
