Still learning the new microwave. Of course no owners manual so had to go on line to learn some differences from our old GE microwave. Don't like the buttons. Hard to push. Maybe we just have to get used to it.

I needed to replace my GE microwave and couldn't get the same one. Read all reviews and decided on Samsung. Good price, very sleek looking, great brand and I love it!

I decided to update my kitchen appliances and shopped around for the best bang for my buck. I had narrowed my choices down and decided to go with the Samsung product lines because of the black stainless look; it is undeniably sharp looking. Aesthetics aside, while shopping for appliances, you want to find quality products. I have no idea what longevity will look like for this microwave, however, there has not been any reason to think it wont last a reasonable amount of time. My favorite feature on this microwave is the sensor cooking. No more guessing on how long I should set the timer; I can use the sensor cooking to figure that out on it's own and trust that I wont have to keep reheating it to get my leftovers to the right temp.

It was easy to install and operate.Seems sturdy.The door locks on first try.

We have enjoyed using the new Samsung microwave very much. It has many preprogrammed features that are handy to use. It blends in well with our previous stainless steel appliances. The interior surfaces are very easy to clean.

This microwave is very easy to use and has many features. It could have had better instructions. Took me a little while to figure out how all the features worked. But once I did it is very simple.
