The size is perfect and I've not had one half-cold meal since buying it. It shows fingerprints pretty badly but I don't much care about that. Nice looking machine and easy controls.

The microwave is a much needed upgrade to my outdated 70's style kitchen. It looks great, works great and the dark interior doesn't show every little splatter.

I love this microwave. It is way to use and love the sensors heats your food to the perfect temp by sensing the moisture from the food. Only downside is having to find the manual online to set up all of the different options. The manual that comes with it doesn't explain the features very well.

The Samsung 1.8 CuFt over the range microwave is worth the money! It is a sleek looking and well functioning microwave. I especially like the dark, easy to clean interior, rack for heating 2 plates at once, and the strength of the exhaust fan (for the range). We did have to return the first one we purchased as it had an electrical problem (no power when plugged in) but have had no problem with the replacement product. Our Best Buy exchanged the item with no problems.

Had another brand that died after only two years. We did research on microwaves and decided to get this one. Very pleased with it, quiet, cooks well, easy to use. easy to clean. the only gripe with switching brands is that I had to drill two new holes into my upper cabinet because the pattern is different for the upper support bolts. other than that we love our new microwave..... Still new though.

Microwave oven has great features. Easy to install. Interior is very easy to clean. Looks great with my new Samsung gas range.

The wife and I had never owned a Samsung appliance prior to this. We read the reviews posted; went to the store and purchased it. We received great customer service at the store. The microwave is very quiet while running and very user friendly. Would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a good product.

This microwave installed easily and can be recirculated into the room. Excellent features, and the sale price made it even better.

From a pure performance perspective, this microwave is perfect! I love the sensor cooking and the even heating that this microwave delivers, The power is also higher than my previous GE that this one replaced. I can heat a cup of water to a boil in 2 mins flat while my GE tool 3.5 minutes to accomplish the same. The only reason this is not getting 5 stars is that there are a few annoying interface traits that bug me. First, you have to stop and clear the settings before you can change the power setting. No changing ant settings on the fly. The buttons are very stiff so you really have to hit them hard which may be difficult for some with arthritis or other aliments. This may ease over time though. Also, My first microwave was damaged in shipping, but BB was quick to return it and order a replacement. I was very happy with the way that they handled the return and my reting is not reflective of this.

Sharp looking and easy to install and use! Quiet and cooks evenly. Love the soften/ melt option especially on frozen chocolate chip cookies! The only 'cons' I've found is the keypad is a little stiff and I miss the express cook that our old microwave had

When we think of Samsung, certainly microwave ovens are not the first thing to come to mind, even if at all. After looking at the known brands, our excellent salesperson, Corbett, took time to show us what were the new standard among microwaves. After looking at them, we settled for the Samsung. It looked good, the interior is like a basic oven which doesn’t display the food particles as easily - along with being very easy to clean. My former microwave had the most annoying sound in the history of the world. The sound on the Samsung is much kinder to the ears. So far, the performance of this microwave has been excellent! Was easy to install and it’s been easy to use. Highly recommend it.

Overall my wife and I love this microwave. It works great and it is simple to use, and has plenty of room to cook larger items if needed. If you have a house that does not have a over the range already like our house it can be a pain to install, but it is well worth the effort when finished.

We bought this microwave as a companion to our new Samsung Refrigerator, and to replace the old Harvest Gold Hood that was over the stove. As mentioned in other reviews, the keypad keys are somewhat hard to push, but now that we have had the microwave for 3 months they seemed to have loosened up slightly due to use. The cooking is fairly even and takes about the same amount of time as our fairly new LG countertop microwave, that is now in storage. Our unit has developed a small rattle or buzzing sound in the cabinet while in use. We will probably call Samsung for a quick check to see what the problem is. One other problem; one time when cooking for a long time, over 10 minutes, we notices the smell of plastic, probably some plastic melting. We shut the unit off and let it cool. Now we make sure that the vent fan is on while doing longer time cooking. This too will be checked when we have Samsung come out for Factory Service. We like the non stick easy clean interior, the halogen lights are pretty bright and well positioned over the range, and the 4 speed vent fan works pretty well, even though you can't tell much difference in velocity from speed 3 to speed 4. Overall, we like the unit and recommend it.

Overall, I'm happy with my new Samsung Microwave. The only issue is that when installing we put a scratch in the front which apparently had to have been from a zipper on a hoodie or something. This is disappointing as the finish should be a little tougher than that. Otherwise the look is sleek, it works great and easy to clean.

It's a microwave, what can you say? It performs all the basic functions well, was easy enough to install, price was reasonable. Hard to judge reliability after only 2 months use. My only complaint is the user manual, a couple of thin sheets with minimal info. There is a more in-depth version online, but why should I have to print it out myself?

I love the interior of this model, so easy to clean!! The price at Best Buy was GREAT! Easy to use. My only complaint, and it's a minor one, is that you've got to press the buttons pretty hard to get them to work. But I'm overwhelmingly pleased with this purchase.
