Great microwave!! I love the black stainless, no fingerprints!! The new interior makes cleaning so much easier.

It has sensor cooking where everything heats evenly. Easy to install and use without reading the instructions.

The only thing I wish this microwave did was a quicker defrost for meat. My last microwave could defrost a pound of ground beef in 3 min. This microwave takes 9-10 min.

Easy to install. Works great . Like the removable shelf. Interior light is a little dull. Overall working great so far.

The coated interior is dark and takes a little getting used to since most microwaves have white interiors and are therefore brighter inside. Functionally, this microwave rocks. I've cooked enough popcorn to know that 2 minutes 36 seconds makes a perfect bag in my 1000W countertop microwave......I set the timer for 2:36 on it and then used the popcorn sensor feature on my new Samsung microwave......would you believe both buzzers went off at EXACTLY the same time? It was insane and I got so excited about it.

We purchased this microwave because of the enamel coating inside which is advertised as easier to clean. However, the inside also include sections that look like strong cardboard. Not sure how well these sections will hold up to cleaning. The buttons on the device must be depressed very hard for them to work. The pre- programmed buttons require that you look up what they do on the inside of the door. With my old microwave, if I pressed the button it would display what it did. As an example, if I pressed "Vegetables", it would say select "frozen or fresh". I didn't have to try to find the info on the inside of the door. There are no express buttons, which I didn't realize. For the price I would have expected more functionality. But on the positive side, it does work. Also, Samsung's instructions are very poor.

I love this microwave all the options very efficient. But all that plan to install themselves. the mounting bolts only cross about two threads. So if your handy and can manage to buy extra parts to mount. You will love this in you kitchen.

I thought that 2items could be warmed at the same time since it has a rack, but have found out that does not work. It is much higher powered than my previous microwave.

The microwave fit perfect over my range. So far has worked great with no problems. Has a very sleek look to it. It does wonders with popcorn, better than my last microwave.

We purchased a whole new set of Samsung appliances and weren't very picky about the microwave but so far it's been a good purchase for the times that we need it.

I bought this microwave as part of a set, after reading the previous reviews, I was a little worried, but the only thing I don't like about this microwave is the buttons are hard to push and the quick minute buttons do not automatically start the microwave, you still have to hit start after hitting the button, but other than that its a good microwave.

This microwave works great but, we only had it for 2 years before it stopped working. It seems to be just another "disposable" product from Samsung.

What does Mike away from my daughter I have the exact same one and it works wonderful I have had no problems since I purchased mine and expect to have no problems with this one I will buy again if I need one

I like the multiple fan speeds and the fact I can hit popcorn and it doesn't come out burnt

This is a really nice microwave. I like the turntable and rack, but it also has a nice exhaust fan and great lighting.

only thing i do not like about this is that we have the number '1' that we have to push really hard on it.

Have had this micro for about a month now and it has performed excellent so far. Overall very happy with this model. It is powerful and pretty quiet. Looks are great and it fits very well with my other Samsung appliances. The only gripe I have is with the touch controls. They could have a better tactile feel to separate them but once you get used to it not such a problem.

Really, it's a microwave...a really nice one that does what you'd expect a microwave to do, plus can be used as a convection oven, which I've not done yet.

Run of the mill microwave really. I like it and it functions well. So far I have not encountered any issues. It seems to heat everything about the level I would expect.
