It has a lot of functions and has a lot of space inside. the tray is a little wobbly because the support wheels are a little smaller.

I'd give this a 4.5. I'm happy with it generally, but there are a few things I wish it had. My old unit had quick start buttons for 30 sec, 1, 2, 3 and 4 minutes. You'd just press and it would start. This only has a 30 second button, and then you have to press start next. The keypad in general seems to be less touch sensitive than we were used to - have to press harder. The cooking itself seems inconsistent at times, but I haven't done any thorough testing to figure it out. A small mini quiche that needs 45 seconds comes out different each time!?! On the bright side, there are a lot of programmed buttons that we still need to try, that will be convenient if they work as promised. Overall, I'd recommend it - just be sure to check all the features that are important to you.

Easy to operate and does what you expect from a microwave. Seems that it takes more time to cook foods than my previos one.

This Samsung microwave matches the black stainless stove. The features are pretty good especially the sensor cooking, it allows you to cook fresh or frozen vegetables perfectly. The popcorn and pizza settings are also a help. It has plenty of power and vents to the outside if you desire.

Ordered this product and it came defective and made extremely loud noise so we returned and reordered the same one since it matched our kitchen best and was within our price range. The second microwave that came in worked great and looks awsome in our kitchen. Pretty easy to install as I did install the microwave both times it came but it does require two people just as a precaution
