I bought this to replace a Maytag microwave that quit working. It was easy to install, directions were plain and simple with the templates that came with it. Everything worked out well. As for the unit, we haven't used it all that much yet, but seems to be alright. The controls are very easy to use.

Appears to be of a good quality. Like that the interior is of better quality than most other microwaves. Nice clean design. The controls are about the same on all over the stove microwaves. Do like that the exhaust fan has 4 speeds and not just 2. Would purchase again.

The toggle bolts that came with it broke trying to install it. Once able to get it installed, it works great. Lots of cooking options for a decent price. Has a rack to cook multiple items. The underside lights that shine on the stove are nice and bright.

Nice features and interior. Would prefer manual control of exhaust fan, not automatic. Good price

I love it, however, when we took it out of box, it had a big dent on the left side of the microwave near the bottom. My husband wanted me to return it, but I decided not to and it doesn't affect it. Plus I didn't want to wait for a new one to be delivered. Other than that, I love my microwave.

Purchased this Samsung to replace a 7 year old unit that succumbed to the known issue, per many internet articles, of a deteriorated control panel that was not properly sealed from steam created by cooking on the range below it. Bought another Samsung in hopes that the mounting points would be similar and not require adding more holes to the wall and cabinet above it. Fortunately, the wall mount matched but the holes required in the cabinet did not...but still saved a lot of time. This microwave is performing well so far but an annoyance is that the interior light does not stay on when the door is opened. Since the interior is a dark gray, light is required to see well when cleaning any splatters or spills. Another factor that may bother some owners is that the control panel push buttons require a firm push directly in the center of the button to activate. My hope is that Samsung has fixed the control panel issue and I will get the expected service life from this unit.

love the 30+ second button.... fyi 30 seconds is added to your initial time, unless you just push 30+. our popcorn doesn't scorch any longer (must be a special sensor).

This microwave works perfectly for our needs, we don't use the microwave a lot but when we do this gets the job done nicely. I really love the keep warm feature

I have no complaints. For the price this is good. The stainless looks good, not cheap and tacky

Nice space saver. Lots of room inside for cooking or just heating something up. Also the exhaust works very nice.

This is a great microwave. Super easy to use and looks great!

Easy to install ourselves as we could use the old wall bracket the previous (different brand -GE) microwave hung on. The cardboard magnetron silica cover should be made in a darker color than brown cardboard for a better look inside. Works as it should no issues.

This microwave is just what I needed and couldn't have asked for more than that. Works as promised and would recommend.
