My only complaint is that it has a light humming/buzzing sound coming from the keypad when not in use. I ordered another one and it also hums. Would have gone with a different microwave, but already had the bracket in place.

Poor packaging, since the case got hit during the shipping and that store issued a discount since they couln'd get me another unit on time. Other than that it is a nice microwave.

I works perfectly fine, and I love the dark interior. However, I have little peccadilloes that to this day still make me wish we had not chosen this unit... *Buttons can be hard to push/register (even after 3+ years). *The 30-seconds button doesn't start automatically (you have to hit the start button too), *Door always seems to be a bit crooked *The fingerprints... good heavens, it constantly needs cleaned.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend 2nd time is a charm? We hope.

Best Buy was good about replacement in a timely manner. We got this microwave as part of a package and it seems fine -- no fancy bells and whistles but very good every day use. Hoping it lasts...only had installed for about a week, but so far so good.
