This is a very nice microwave with lots of features. I have found that using the sensor cooking option is great the unit tracks the moisture from the food and adjust time with no issues. This feature is really good for popcorn, no more burnt bags or under popped bags.

This microwave is exactly what we were looking for in a replacement. The mounting instructions were easy to follow and with a little help, the installation was simple. Works great and looks great!!

I got all the bells and whistles in my gas range and wall oven. I just needed a black SS mw to go with the rest of my kitchen. I went with this cause it was affordable and it's actually really nice and does the job really well!

I had to get a replacement for my 2 year old Samsung so I went with one that was a little bigger and more options. It works great and is easy to hang above the range. Hopefully this one lasts a few years longer then the prior model. I like that it has an easy clean interior for when the food decides to explode while reheating. Fan speeds are not good as low and high sound exactly the same.

Very easy to use. Install was a snap with furnished templates. Only 2 months old so can't verify durability yet but I really like the look of the microwave above the stainless steel stove.

Love the interior and exterior design, doesn't show fingerprints. Easy to use, I still have to figure out some of the buttons since my old one was 17 yrs old. This is a good replacement. Plus it has an added shelf where I can keep things warm. Our old bracket worked just fine for install, we were very happy with that! I like that the fan doesn't blow in my face and has 4 levels.

Easy to install. I was able to install it myself. Just followed the instructions, made a couple of changes for my type of install, & used the templates provided. Easier than i expected! It has a great look & design. Really appreciate all the features this microwave provides. Quiet! This microwave is much quieter than our previous one. Was pleasantly surprised when we realized how quiet it was. the first time we used it. We now have a Samsung dishwasher & microwave. Will also upgrade the stove & refrigerator.

This is a great microwave. We had issues with two before this one. We had sparks and smoke from one, and one that tripped the breaker every time. This one has been amazing. No issues at all and very easy to install.

I have nothing negative to say about this microwave. It looks great and works great. Very quiet when running, and I love that it doesn't confirm my request twice before starting like my last one did. I am very pleased with my purchase.

The microwave works very well and is big, easy to clean inside. I love the 4-speed vent/hood, it is fairly powerful getting rid of the smoke and odors when cooking. I also have a white samsung refrigerator with the same style so it matches.

Good features for the money. Works well, easy to use. Harder to install than I believed it would be. Did not fit same mounts as my previous Kenmore.

Seems well made, was easy to install. I can see where some of the reviewers feel like the buttons are hard to press. I wouldn't describe them as hard to press but there's no tactile response when you press the buttons like the old blister packs...just a flat plastic screen. Looks good and has good features just have to see how long it holds up.

Love the size internally and the fact that it is a darker material inside and not white is a plus. Button features are easy to use and love the eco mode on it. Easy to install. Recommend this to anyone

Ordered a stove and microwave, was told at another store they could not deliver until the 24th. ( about 4 weeks) Best buy had it delivered in 3 days. Looks good, works well. All is good with the world

great microwave....especially since its off the counter. makes so much more space.....the black stainless was well worth the extra $$

Great installation - crew went the extra mile in the installation process. Were on time and respectful. Microwave is intuitive - and easy to operate.

We recently purchased a Samsung dishwasher from Best Buy and purchased this over-the-range microwave to match. Our old microwave's turntable did not turn, and this new one did, so that was definitely a plus! We also bought the floor model, which was approximately $100 cheaper than its selling price, so we got it for an amazing deal. As far as microwaves go, this one is easy to use, the turntable turns, the interior looks beautiful, and it warms up my food just how I like it. My only complaint is installation. While the installation cost would have doubled the price of the microwave, it may have been worth considering because of how unusually difficult it was (we installed it ourselves). All-in-all, a great microwave!

I love the look of the stainless steel it goes great with the rest of my appliances. Very easy to clean, love all the different options to warm up, heat, soften butter, etc....

Well I still don't do any fancy buttons, I just push the minutes and start. I am very happy with the heat, the ease of cleaning and the looks
