After reading alot of reviews on many different microwaves, I decided to go to Best Buy and look at them in person. I knew once I saw this microwave, it would look great in my place. Since having it for over a month now, it works great and looks great. I originally wanted a less expensive microwave but after reading all the reviews on the less expensive ones, I knew I would regret it and spent the extra money on this model. You won't be disappointed with spending a little more money on this model because it looks like a very high end and works great.

We drove an hour to pick one up because it wasn’t available anywhere close to my area. After opening it we found a big dent in the side. We returned it and had to wait about ten days for another one to arrive, and it too is dented only smaller this time. We unfortunately gave up and installed it. This is disappointing as I am a supporter of Samsung products even after reading many negative reviews on their microwaves and was replacing a Samsung that was less than five years old.
