Love my new Samsung microwave. Very powerful. Although loud, the fan removes steam and odors from the room like a pro, which is one reason I chose this model. Kids have found the buttons to be useful and correct. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

This above the range microwave is easy to use with lots of features. I really like the "add 30 seconds" feature and use it a lot. It also has the power control option, a must have for me. We chose the stainless, which is really a stainless and black combo, and very attractive. It was easy to install considering it was a tight fit with my cabinet arrangement and fit perfectly into the space vacated by my previous GE Spacesaver microwave.

The size and look of the microwave is great. It cooks so much better than my previous. The biggest problem I have with this microwave is that it doesnt vent ANYTHING. I boiling pot of water on the back burner will still steam up the entire front of the microwave on its highest speed. My cheap 20$ range fan that was installed prior was more powerful than the fan on this thing. I had a Samsung tech come out and look at assuming it wasn't working, but I was told that is just how it is because its not a air tight system. I would not recommend samsung microwaves because of this, as the tech made it sound its how they are all designed.

I have only recently started using this. We have it in a small condo. in the mountains and I chose it because we cannot vent the exhaust outside. It does a good job of removing oders & steam IF the burners are under the microwave and mine are not (this is due to the cooktop I'm using, not the microwave). The microwave is a tad on the noisy side but I think most are. The microwave works well. I would like a brighter light under the hood but it isn't a deal breaker.

this microwave is easy to program. you don't have to be a rocket scientist to program it. even the auto defrost is easy. my only disappointment was that it wasn't all stainless steel finish.

Installed quickly. Bought this on sale to replace an old white microwave. So far works outstanding, fan speed choices are excellent. Have received many compliments on it as well. Highly recommended as can't beat the price.

Very consistent cooking and more importantly defrosting. That has always been a pet peeve of mine with microwaves. The fan is loud, however, luckily, I don't leave my exhaust fan on my microwave running all of the time. I was somewhat concerned about the 1 star reviews that claim dead after 2-3 years until I checked and it's only been on the market about 18 months as of Jan 2011. I guess they're confused. Overall one of the best microwaves on the market and by far the best for the money...

After a couple months research - we decided this brand, style and features best met our families needs. The install with Best Buy's guy was quick and expertly done. The microwave is quiet, works much better than our 5 year old Whirlpool it just replaced. Easy to use for people like me who won't take the time to read all the directions.

This microwave appeared in a recent Consumer Reports Magazine article as the best over-the-range microwave oven they tested. Based on their recommendation, I purchased it on sale for $249. They were correct, for the price, this microwave is fantastic. The controls are easy to use. It's very powerful and cooks faster than my old 1100 watt unit. The exhaust fan is powerful too. Plus, there's plenty of room (1.8 cu. ft.). Lastly, I purchased the stainless steel model - it's a good looking unit and compliments the rest of my stainless steel appliances well. If I had to really picky, the only thing I would prefer is more stainless steel trim on the unit. Otherwise, this is an all-around great choice. If you can get it on sale for $249 or less - buy it!

After 7 years of service, we were in need of a new microwave. After thumbing through sales flyers, the internet and consumer reports - this model was rated highest through CR and the price was much less than expected. The ventilation speeds are multiple for various situations. Overall - very satisfied with our purchase...

Free replacement unit for 7 year old Panasonic unit under Best Buy extended service plan, great investment return. Samsung unit is great. - Oversized cooking size handles large cookware portions. - Sensor cooking works well for dinner reheats and popcorn cycle is perfect. - Auto defrost works very well if you know the exact weight, if your'e off in weight, you could partially cook the meat. - Fan settings are very quiet and powerful with the five speed option. - Even thought the unit is stainless steel, the big wide black glass band across the front works well with the other non stainless appliances in the kitchen. Not all stainless front like other units. - Great overall value for low end price over range unit.

Looks great, nice stainless 'look' with a lovey blue display. Very large inside, much larger than my old unit. Easy to use and clean (so far). Fan is a little loud but it moves a lot of air.

The bells and whistles actually seem to work, for example the defrost function defrosts meat perfectly. Easy to install. Good value and we are happy we purchased it.

I really like the microwave. The controls for the light and fan are kind of small and difficult for us old folk to read. Other than that, the price was about one half as much as the LG I previously had and has all the same features if not more. I am hoping now that it lasts a little longer than the old one.

The first one we purchased was installed and would not work or even turn on. This scared us somewhat that this may not be a qualify product. But, even with that, we would recommend this microhood to a friend. It has great power, it cooks evenly, and is very attractive. Also, the fan power is great!

So far been very impressed with this microwave except the "auto-cook" function seems to overheat everything. The membrane buttons are difficult to push at times.

I loved my Samsung microwave...easy to install and manage. Highly recommend.

We installed this product March 2011. From the very beginning the exhaust fan worked poorly. Steam collects between the 2 glass panels on the door whenever you cook anything, not to mention all along the bottom of the door. Samsung sent a repair man to look at it and he said there wasn't anything wrong with it. That this is how it works. If you want to cook on your back burner, it will work fine. Only problem, the matching Samsung stove we purchased has small burners in the back. Wishing now that I would have purchased a different brand.

I bought this microwave on Black Friday 2010 and installed it about 2 months later. This product has barely been used because we have another counter top microwave which we still use. About 2 weeks ago, in 9/2011, we started seeing an SE error on the keypad that prevents usage of the product. This is unacceptable for this product, at its cost. My 10 year old Sanyo still works like new. Samsung will have a technician look at it because it is under warranty, but what happens when the warranty runs out in November? These OTR microwaves are not the easiest products to install much less replace, especially after you have custom drilled holes in your cabinet for a specific unit.

Got the floor model at my local BB. Installed everything and it works great. One major hiccup that may be Best Buy's fault. From reading the installation instructions, the microwave is setup to be vented externally. If you want it vented internally, you have to rotate the blower fan. Imagine my surprise, when I have it completely installed and the fan is blowing the wrong direction. Stinks, because I do not want to have to take everything apart to get it venting externally like it should have in the first place.
