Excellent microwave for the price. The only problem I had was with the delivery service.

I would purchase this microwave again. It looks great and the auto re-heat works great.

It's a good microwave. No problems so far. I like to the blue time light because it looks cool but it is hard to read from a distance. That's the only con so far

Bought this microwave May 2009. Excellent review in Consumers Report. Thought I did not need to buy extended from Best Buy as my 19 year old GE Profile never died but the handle fell off. Could not replace the handle. Hard to believe the electronic keypad would go in 17 months of limited use. Have other Samsung products that are excellent. So it is back to GE!!

I just like everything about this microwave. All the features and it looks great in my kitchen.

The vent does removes very little smoke/steam and talking to Samsung customer service is like explaining nuclear physics to a different kindergartner every time you call because you never get the same person twice. Every agent has given me a different answer and they have sent out two different repair people who say that nothing is wrong with the venting system. One agent actually told me that this unit is not made to vent steam and that I need to change my cooking habits and not boil a big pot of water. Stay clear from this product and from Samsung in general.

After 2 years of operation (2 times/day) the plastic bolt holding the door handle broke. I contacted Samsung for Maintenance Manual to repair it by myself. They recommended to buy the manual (it is not available for free down load), then they wrote that the product is not designed to be repaired by the customer and recommended to call their service tech. I read reports about the same problem, occurring again after the repair. My suggestion: Look for another brand.

I got a non-working unit. The unit started running as soon as the door closes and cannot press any button to stop it. I had the contractor replaced with another unit. Then it's fine now. I'm not sure other pepole have experienced it. It's been a big disappointment for me given high hope for Samsung brand. It's an indication of poor quallity control.

My Samsung microwave stopped working after 3 yrs. The repair cost nearly exceeds the cost of a new one, so it's a no-brainer to simply throw it out. My first microwave was a Panasonic that lasted forever, but I was forced to upgrade when the kitchen was remodeled. I wished I'd held on to the old one. I will never again buy any Samsung product.

The microwave worked fine for 367 days. Samsung honored the warranty. The technician said that we need to run the exhaust fan when using microwave and using the stove top because the heat destroys the microwave. I'm not happy with this product.

Summary above says it all. Stopped working 13 days after the warranty expired. Avoid Samsung microwaves at all costs.

Worked as expected for 24 months. Now the pain of reinstalling it begins.
