This microwave is a beautiful black stainless steel. It has a ceramic interior with a wire rack that fits in the middle should you need to use two levels when cooking. It is very easy to use and has a very good venting fan (this is an over the range version).

I was only trying to replace a handle on my existing microwave. In trying to educate myself about this I discovered that replacing the entire microwave oven through Best Buy was the best and most affordable way to fix my problem. I have a great warranty now and feel confident that this new microwave will last as long as the previous one (also purchased at Best Buy). Samsung with sensor cooking is great. Would highly recommend.

There are only handful over the range microwaves that don't stick out when installed amidst 15" cabinets. I first skeptical about the tech and functionalities but am pleasantly surprised. The van is a bit noisy, but the functionalities that this microwave is packed with are pretty extensive. The Sensor cooking is mindblowing.

Looks very nice, and works well. I've had it for about 2 months and no problems. I think Samsung makes good products.

When I purchased this microwave as part of a kitchen package, it was not my favorite piece, as I was not a fan of the black interior of the microwave. However, once it arrived to my house and was installed, I quickly changed my mind. This unit heats up food fairly quickly and evenly. I like that there is a light under this unit that can be kept on overnight to have some kind of lighting in the middle of the night and that it does not make a lot of noise.

I love the interior of this microwave and how easy it is to use the keyboard.

This is a very powerful microwave. Heats the food up quickly. The exhaust fan isn't as powerful as expected. Not a deal breaker. It comes prepped for exhaust out the top. It was easy to change it to front exhaust. It's difficult to find any microwave with the quick start buttons (1-6 push for cook minutes 1-6). We wish it had this feature, but knew it didn't when we purchased it. It matched the other appliances we were purchasing. The microwave we received has a blemish in the glass in the door. When you look at the glass from the side, you can see a fog or "shadow" between the pains of glass. I can see it most when the light is on while using the microwave. It bothers me as it is brand new, but I don't believe it's worth the hassle to remove it and get a new one. Haven't made my final decision yet. It doesn't affect the function and isn't a complaint for the microwave brand/model. This is just my individual unit.

Easy to install. Works as advertised. This is third Samsung appliance we have bought and love all of them.

This microwave is a great deal for the price. Not to mention it is a Samsung. I really like the stainless steel finish and the dark metal interior. It helps the kitchen look cleaner longer, instead of having to constantly wipe down the traditional white exterior. This unit is exceptional in style and performance. I have noticed though that the buttons require a little more pressure or precise pressure to respond. I would recommend this unit to a friend.

I really like the sleek look and easy controls, but the only concern that I have is that when I have the timer on for something, it does not beep continuously until I reset it, so if I happen to be in another room and don't hear it go off, I may not realize the time was up.

I had to replace our old microwave and was hoping it would fit into the same spot. This one fit perfectly and looks great with my kitchen. I have had no issues with the way it performs. I was concerned at first because the inside was stainless. The outside looks great as well.

I like this microwave. It's a nice size inside and easy to use.

We have had our new microwave for approximately one month and we are very happy it. It has multiple programs to make heating and cooking easy. The only difficulty we have had with it is viewing the keypad, it is not back lit, and the keypad labels are difficult to see because of the black background. All in all we are very happy with the microwave.

i am, overall, happy with this product. it heats well, has quite a bit of presets and in general is ok as a micro can get. the only issue is the middle rack shelf , which you get interference from. if it was slightly higher i feel it would be a better product, but happy enough with it. the good part about this issue is that you simply turn off the rotation.

Very easy install. Works great. East to fit big dishes to warm up.

I enjoy using this product, it's energy efficient at the same time it's quiet to use and easy to clean.

Our microwave was 23yrs old. This was very easy to install and way outperforms the old one. Love it!
