It made a loud humming sound and none of the technicians could fully repair it, I think I just had a defective unit. Since it was under warranty, Samsung reimbursed me so I was able to purchase a new microwave.

We finally just made larger holes in our cabinet and secured the microwave with washers. The Microwave works well. Only disappointment was no LED lights on the bottom or inside.

If you barely touch it it falls off center, if you put a heavy casserole dish on it, it falls off center. The feet on the glass plate don't match the indentations on the revolving center. It's a pain to put back on every time, because it doesn't sit properly.

Excellent Product, at great price

The ONLY reason that this is a 4 - is because it does not have lights under the body that light up, else its completely functional & has all required features. ALWAYS go for the ceramic interiors like this not, not the cheaper plastic ones

Covered under warranty so they finally gave me a replacement. If I had a choice I would not have purchased this one again. It's been a few months and so far so good, no issues yet and hoping there won't be any.

It looks great and is quite functional. We like the settings available and my favorite part is the high/low option on the light above the stove. We love the dark interior and have been pleased with the overall performance so far. It is "loud" as other reviewers commented, but I don't feel it's excessively louder than any other microwave.
